Whether you’re visiting Telluride in winter and searching for a spot to make skiing a breeze, or you’re visiting in the spring or summer and want a home base that keeps you close to downtown and the gorgeous hiking and mountain biking trails— Etta Place 101 checks all of those boxes and more.

This picture-perfect one-bedroom condo is the ideal place to rest your head while still keeping close to all of the excitement of downtown Telluride and all of the adventure this box canyon has to offer.

The LIVING AREA is open and airy, with crisp, bright walls, bleached wood floors, and lots of large windows that allow the high-altitude Colorado sunshine to stream inside. The neutral putty-colored sofa is accented perfectly with bright blue armchairs while the large HDTV creates an ideal spot to kick back with your favorite TV show. There’s also a cozy DINING NOOK with seating for four.

In the efficient KITCHEN area, white shaker cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops are highlighted with a classic penny tile backsplash. Premier Maytag appliances include a smooth-top electric range, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with vent hood. Bar stools are pulled up to the peninsula and provide casual seating for enjoying a glass of wine or an après-ski snack.

The extra-large PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE features a sumptuous king-size bed set against a reclaimed wood headboard and faces a mounted HDTV— perfect for watching old movies in bed. A full ensuite bathroom features a relaxing steam shower with subway tile. There’s also an additional sleeping space in the living area— where the sofa pulls out to a full-size bed. Etta Place 101 also boasts a convenient laundry nook.

Guests of Etta Place also have access to a shared community hot tub and lightning-fast WIFI speeds. You may also request concierge services and fully qualified nanny services as well.

The popular Galloping Goose shuttle can be picked up right outside your door and will take you anywhere downtown that you want to go.

Festival Getaway!

Outstanding location and property. Very convenient to downtown and festival grounds. Local free bus picks up right outside the door! Condo had everything we needed for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean apartment in beautiful location

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. It was clean and we had a view of the gondola out the living room windows. Lots of light in the apartment and very convenient on the first floor. The window coverings were also a nice touch to allow for blackout in the master bedroom and full privacy in the living room.

Comfortable and Easy Walk to Town

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable unit. It's walkable to town and includes many amenities that we enjoy. Very clean and management is responsive to any issues. I do not give it 5 stars because the kitchen set-up is less than ideal. Minimal number of cupboards that are so high you must use a step stool (provided) to reach even the glassware. And very minimal provisions. (i.e. salt but no pepper or other basic condiments). Also, no garbage disposal.

Property is very clean, nicely located in an area that is quiet, convenient to the wonderful free bus service, close to the river walk, and convenient to walking to virtually any area of town if you feel like it.

Telluride Condo

This was a great spot for our long weekend in Telluride. Check in was super easy and the condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality. It was a short (beautiful) walk to town and the gondola. Would definitely stay here again!

Top notch experience

We very much enjoyed our stay at Etta Place 2. Condo was as presented and met our needs. We've stayed in many condos in Telluride over the years. This unit ranked near the top. We had a few requests of management, which were taken care of promptly. We particularly appreciated that the place was sparkling clean. Kudos to housekeeping! We would have no hesitation to return.

This is a great place!

We were super pleased with this unit. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we possibly needed. The bed was comfy, the towels were high quality, and there were plenty of supplies (tp, paper towels, dish soap, even laundry soap!) We loved the location and would stay here again without hesitation!! You won’t regret staying here!!

Comfortable but not spacious. Didn’t do any cooking but ate in cereal, rolls and sandwiches. Not much for television station choices, streamed a little. Walked a lot. LOL

Blackout curtains please!

Enjoyed everything about it with exception to the bright light shining in the bedroom all night! It was almost daylight in the bedroom. Thankfully I had brought an eye mask. This issue could be easily taken care of by adding blackout shades or curtains in the bedroom.

Great place!

Came for our annual trek to the bluegrass festival. Crazy weather, so we were inside the place a lot. Spacious for Telluride, with easy access to the River trail. Trash & recycle were easy in the shed. Ramp outside made it easy to come in and out with our gear. Great place!

Great updated ski-in/ski-out condo

Lift7 loading is less than 100yds away and you can truly ski in/out each day. The unit was excellent and just like the pictures. All the recent updates were nicely done, the heated bathroom tiles were a nice surprise. The furniture/linens/heating made it one of the most comfortable ski condos we've stayed in.

Great Location

This unit is right next to chair 7 — perfect ski in/ski out. Easy walk to all amenities and to downtown. We just walked along the river which was very pleasant. Even though it is a ground level space, it was very quiet to my surprise. Excellent kitchen and enjoyed the overall layout of the space. Nicely decorated, clean and comfy. The bedroom bed is wonderful. Only a couple of little things: the pull out sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and in the bedroom, the light from the entrance is very bright and the blinds don't do a great job of blocking it. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely book this unit again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Spacious for 2 people made us feel at home. Heated floor in bathroom was a nice touch and lift 7 and the hot tub were extremely convenient. We will hopefully be back!

Good location on bus line

The property was well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. The property looked to be recently remodeled however they forgot to remodel the shower which had cracks and mold. The property management company gave us an extra cleaning which was nice but the shower was still gross. They also had problems with the electronic lock and it went on for a few days although they did put in a solid effort to try and remedy it.
