"Great pool and hot tub, nice to have food and drink options in the lobby and a spa onsite-although pricey. Some staff were helpful and friendly and others didn't seem to care about their jobs. Location is amazing but biggest issue was our room had a crack along the ceiling where it meets the wall and we could hear every word from the room next door which was very disappointing and aggravating, hotel offered 1 night free parking which was ok I guess but wouldn't stay there again."

Indoor hot tub disappointing versus neighboring hotels with beautiful outdoor areas, large hot tub and heated pool. Management promptly resolved vibrating pipe noise in the wall by upgrading room to a king suite. Professional service."

"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. I cannot wait to return!!!"

"Overall a great experience especially while traveling with kids. The unit has everything you’d need. Makes it easy to make your own food, wash clothing and get around. Clean and very nice layout of the property. The pool areas were are clean and decent. Whistler is pricey overall but it think this is a great deal considering all the amenities and location :) would definitely recommend and stay again! "
