"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"This was my husband and I’s third anniversary. It was a lovely getaway from the city. It was so clean and all the rooms had a hot tub. Very nice staff. Could’ve possibly done something for the anniversary or at least given us some kind of pivot as to what to do to celebrate.. or even a chocolate, but just being there was really nice and looking forward to spending more time there in the future."

"Was excited to stay in this place because it had a pool. Upon checking in we were notified that the pool was not in service! My fault I guess I should have asked before booking but nothing stated of their pool not being in service online. Staff was not the friendliest at check in or check out. The sink faucet was so loose not tightened at all, shower felt like you were going to break trying to turn it on."

"Literally minutes from the lake. Easy access to get check in, easy to check out. The room had everything we needed. The fire pit area was really nice in the evening when it was cold. Walking distance to the casinos and restaurants. Super great location. I would stay here again."

"I liked to stay in Harrah's in the past years when I spent my vacations in South Lake Tahoe, due to the convenience of self-parking and the great buffet. Right now the general conditions have totally changed: there is no more buffet, the breakfast at the Brew Brothers is not as good as the previous cafe underground, and the worst thing is that almost the whole public area is under renovation with new carpet and new machines, which makes chaos everywhere. "Stayed here 3 times this winter and all stays were consistently very good. Had everything I could need. Tucked away from the main strip but close enough if you wanted to venture out. Home away from home. "

"There were whiskers on the shower wall when we got in. The rest of the room felt clean. Even though the outdoor pool is out of service, that space could be tidied up a bit. The continental breakfast had high carb, high sugar options, and dd not include protein or fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good and overall our sleep experience was comfortable."
