"This is the 2nd time my family has chosen this hotel for our summer vacation. The pull-out couch comfortably slept two extra people. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The room had two full-size bathrooms, which is a plus for families hustling to all get ready at the same time. "The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town."

"The property was great! It is in a perfect location and in walking distance to shopping, dining, and exploring. The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is the traffic noise if you have a mountain view room, but that didn't take away from the place and how nice it was. I would definitely come back."

"The unit size, layout, and location were very good. The leather furniture needs to be replaced. The cushions are sagging, worn and very uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed in the southeastern bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. Three of the box fans are broken and do not work."

"The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. "
