"This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. "

"Our third stay at the Captain’s Cabin, spanning many years. Needed the hidden heater this visit after a first chilly night. It was all resolved the following day-thank you. Gorgeous views and delicious breakfast at Alf Rescoes highlights. Small but everything you need for a couple of nights. (Really draughty windows -could do with a bit of attention)"

"We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location "

"I now can't remember how many times we've stayed in the lighthouse apartment at Sunnybeach, but this was the latest in a long line of visits, and once again didn't disappoint. We arrived early on the first day, after a now very familiar drive from North Bucks, dumped the car in the on-site car park and set about the business of walking for 2mins to the main street and having a pint and some lunch, followed by a quick 5min stroll to the pier because, well, you have to, it's the seaside. "Very clean and came with all the amenities we required. The Smart TV was able to be moved around so we could enjoy TV whilst eating or whilst in bed. A very convenient location right in the epicentre of where we wanted to go/what we wanted to do, very cosy on the inside too! Hosts were great with communication and we'd absolutely return again!"

"Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again."
