Duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large sunny terrace with barbecue and sea views in a quiet resort ideal for families or couples seeking comfort in a relaxed holiday. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom 2 separate beds. The main bathroom with bath and the second bathroom with shower. Large fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob and washing machine. All services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) and the main sandy beaches are within walking distance DE10 minutes.

Séjour du 23 avril au 02 mai 2025

Appartement envahi par terre rouge.Poêle et quelque assiettes non lavées.Une seule serviette de bain par personne pour un séjour de 9 nuits.Pas de draps de rechange pour 9 nuits.Literie de la chambre des 2 lits à changer.Vous entendez très bien les ronflements des voisins.

Séjour agréable une fois installés

L'appartement est agréable, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Il y a quand-même des points négatifs:- l'adresse communiquée est incomplète et trop vague: le nom du lotissement Estrella del Mar n'y figurait pas mais cela aurait fortement facilité l'accès, de plus le numéro donné dans les explications ne figure nullement part à côté des deux portes d'entrée du lotissement,- nous n'avons jamais vu la personne qui était censée faire l'accueil, de plus elle ne parle ni le français, ni l'anglais, ni l'allemand, ni aucune autre langue que l'espagnol,- la cuisine en elle-même est bien équipée mais il y a trop peu d'ustensiles pour faire un repas convenable,- le nombre d'essuie-mains fournis est très juste,- si jamais nous aurions eu besoin de l'airco nous n'aurions pas pu la mettre en route puisque les piles dans la commande à distance étaient plates.Tout cela ne nous a quand-même pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank defekt , das würde innerhalb 2 Tagen repariert. Leider ist die angegebene Adresse im Internet sehr ungenau. Die Wohnung ist soweit io , alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Great base to relax and explore wonderful Lanzarote

Very safe and peaceful, plenty of space, great outlook and easy parking. Loads to do in Costa Teguise, just a short walk away. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would happily recommend.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation geht leider nur auf Spanisch, aber mit Google Übersetzer hat es gut geklappt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ort Costa Teguise liegt auch ziemlich mittig auf der Insel, so lässt sich alles recht gut erreichen. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Relaxing from start to finish

Had a lovely relaxing time in this hoo, was spotless from top to bottom, probably one of the best equipped property that we have stayed in and we have been self catering over in Lanzarote for years. Bed was lovely and comfortable and clean, the only one thing that was missing was a plunge pool as it was so windy the week we were there too stay one the beach, and so hot on the terrace, but we will definitely be back again and again.

Francisco was kindness itself.

The property was exactly as described and Francisco was a perfect host. As seniors we are slow with TV remotes and lock ourselves out with bags inside, but he was very patient with us. We would recommend wholeheartedly and not hesitate to book again. Location ideal for Costa Teguise and Playas.

Fabulous Apartment

Extremely well equipped apartment in a quiet mainly residential area. Very clean and comfortable with fully fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and storage area in the utility room. Ten minute walk to a supermarket and restaurants, fifteen minutes to the shopping centre and restaurants. Sunny terraced area with loungers and mattresses. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable house with a beautiful south facing terrace

The property is situated within a ten minute walk to a Spar supermarket and some eateries. There is no need for a car. We were met by Francisco who showed us round. The house was immaculately clean and it was lovely to have a supply of basic toilet and cleaning materials. My only complaint which gives it 4* rather than 5*, is that the 'al fresco' dining furniture could do with improving to allow proper outdoor eating. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Erholung garantiert

Die Wohnung hat eine herrliche Terrasse, schöne Zimmern. Tolles Bad.... Alles soweit okay. Für uns persönlich nur etwas zu weit draußen. Hatte natürlich den Vorteil, dass es herrlich ruhig war. Kleine Anmerkung.... Da die Wohnung für 4 Personen ist, wäre es von Vorteil, wenn die Kaffeemaschine das auch wäre. Diese ist nur für eine Tasse :-)

Teguise Break

When we saw pictures online of the House we were impressed, but not as impressed as we were when we saw the building in real life. Everything was spotlessly clean. Lots of cooking utensils, lots of delph and lots of fresh clean towels. The area was a short walk from the nearest shops, eateries and just a stones throw from the beach. Sheila & I really enjoyed our stay here, in a lovely quite area and would not hesitate to book this building again for another holiday

Brilliant Home from Home

Well equipped, clean and comfortable. A walk to everything but not too far. A big thank you to our greeter Francisco and also to Mirtill for assisting us oldies in allowing us to stay the extra time needed for a very late flight.

Lovely property in great location

Good communication from owner prior to arrival. Property very clean and well equipped to meet all our needs. Quiet location with sun on terrace all day but not too far to walk to shops and restaurants. Would book again if we visit Costa Teguise.

Great property, perfect size and quiet location

We had a lovely time at the apartment...perfect size for 3 people and great to have two bathrooms. The terrace was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The patio furniture does require an upgrade - it was broken and I injured myself on one of the loungers due to it being cracked. We didn’t receive any communication about leaving the property so this could be improved as part of the experience. Overall a restful stay and we enjoyed staying here.

Peaceful two bed duplex with everything you could need

We loved the peaceful location of the duplex which still had the advantage of an easy walk into town for shops, bars etc. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and al fresco meals. We didn’t need a car as the public transport is great. We would highly recommend this property and the communication from booking to being met at the door was spot on.
