"Wonderful stay in the heart of Downtown Banff. We were disappointed the Moose Lodge was booked and got two rooms at the Ptarmigan which did NOT disappoint! Found out their sister hotels and we were delighted by very friendly staff, clean hotel and a very comfortable stay. We would stay again. You couldn't beat the location, right downtown and everything was within walking distance. The parking wasn't attached but it was underground and secure.
