Nearby local activities include deep-sea fishing, the Laura Quinn Wild Bird Sanctuary, or a leisurely 10-mile drive to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park for a day of snorkeling the crystal-clear water. If you'd prefer to have fun on the water rather than in it, take advantage of Caribbean Funtime, a service that offers kayak and paddleboard rentals. There are plenty of local eateries perfect for additional enjoyment.

You'll find coastal decor and an open, light-filled layout inside your vacation retreat. The full, well-equipped kitchen is an excellent option for whipping up a meal to share at the quaint dining table. Later, gather in the living area and stream the latest release on the TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Inspired by @williamJones I went down to south Florida. I also went down to visit family :D. Granted, I had to capture a few landscapes along the way. I left Atlanta at 3:30 PM and got into Key Largo at 3:00 AM. Slept for a couple hours in my car and went in search of a sunrise. I hoped to find a dock falling into the water, but this was just as good. I also went from 37 degrees to 74 degrees. That was interesting.

We found this property to be conveniently located for an Islamorada fishing trip, and comfortable for 3-4 people. We didn't use the kitchen to prepare meals, but it looked to be supplied well with pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cups/glasses, etc. There is a minor bug problem in the condo, so we kept snacks sealed or in the fridge. The place was very clean and fresh upon our arrival. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on another trip.

A slice of paradise

We booked this for a girls trips. The entire property is gorgeous with a large pool that had a grill/bar, a private small beach, and a number of other amenities we didn’t even get to. The location was perfect for the north end and close to restaurants. You can’t beat the view. Loved this whole trip and my friends gave me multiple compliments on my pick for our stay.

This Ocean Pointe condo unit was perfect for the 4 of us. This unit seems to have been updated recently and had everything we needed. The location of the complex meets our needs. The complex is quiet and very well-maintained. We would rent here again.

Location was great. Washer was broken and when we opened the door to use it, water came pouring out all over the floor. Called the property management company and the said someone would contact us the next day. We were never contacted even though we inquired multiple times. Washer was still broken when we checked out.
