With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it can accommodate up to 4 people, making it perfect for a small family or group of friends.



The interior of the villa is 100 m² and is divided into 2 floors. The interior has a pleasant atmosphere and the walls are completely covered with stone, which will provide you with the necessary freshness on hot summer days. You can prepare delicious and healthy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and if you want to cook in the fresh air, there is an outdoor grill at your disposal. The living room has a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon.



The 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor of the house will provide you with an excellent haven for undisturbed sleep. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor of the house and a shared bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.



If you prefer to spend time outside, you won't be disappointed. On the 250 m² terrace you will find a swimming pool with sun loungers, and there is also a covered relaxation area with armchairs. The outdoor dining table will be an ideal place to enjoy meals or late night get-togethers with a glass of wine, with a view of the bell tower of the nearby church.



In addition to being only 4 km from the coast, there are actually 3 popular campsites in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The coastal town of Novigrad, famous for its spectacular sunsets, is only a 10 minute drive away. While in Tar, be sure to taste the local olive oil, considered by many to be one of the best in the Istrian region.
