This home is enviably located half a mile north of the base area of Camelback Mountain Resort, where you'll find some of the best skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ziplining in the region. The renowned Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark - voted the number one indoor waterpark in USA Today in 2019 - is one mile east, offering 13 water slides and other aquatic fun for all ages and interests. The Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark is three-quarters of a mile south, Big Pocono State Park - where the mountain views touch three states - is two miles south, and The Crossings Premium Outlets are only three miles east.

The HOA's rules state: This rental unit shall be used and occupied and/or constructed for single-family residential purposes only and for no other purpose.
'Single-family' shall mean a group of one or more persons, related by blood or marriage, who maintain a common household'.
All members of the family are counted towards occupancy this includes young children and babies
No guests outside of the family will be permitted.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
