The apartment is a 35m2 big studio apartment with 160cm wide bed and 140cm wide sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is an open concept kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. You also have a spacious bathroom with a washing machine in it. There is also a glazed balcony with amazing views to Lake Pyhäjärvi.

The apartment is located in the Ratina neighborhood that is right next to Tampere downtown but still in its own peace. There is great possibilities for outdoor activities as well as shopping in the downtown. Running trails go right next to apartment all the way to Pyynikki outdoor area.

You can park your car in the building`s parking hall or along the street. The apartment is well equipped and you only need to have your personal belongings and hygiene products with you when staying with us.
