Yuri’s pool house. Salty & heated pool

The Yuri’s House is located in one of the quietest neighborhoods of carrollwood, just a few minutes from all services and the well-known Citrus park Mall. You can go for a walk or ride a bicycle in complete peace of mind. We also have an incredible park for pets, kids and adults, very close.

If you are considering staying, please take a couple of minutes to read the rules and handling of the house.

The House is decorated with simplicity and only what is necessary to feel comfortable. We have an equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook.

Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 . Maximum 2

please, pick up your droppings daily, and leave all areas of the house clean before you check out.
We will charge an additional fee of 150.00 if you leave feces in any area.

“The salty heated pool”
The salty pool is heated for an extra daily cost of $50.00 . ( it’s a charge for a service) it’s not included on your booking payment and it must to be paid directly to me before your booking. The heater must to be set up per booking, it’s not possible to turn it on and off per day.
You must notify us in advance if you want the heated pool or not, please.
It is important to note, that the water remains warm with the heater at an average temperature of 82 degrees, but it doesn’t feel hot ( like a hot tube) specially in the winter with low ambient temperatures.

The pool area is monitored 24 hours a day by cameras for security purposes.
We have a protection for children, you must to set up it by your self ( it’s next to the vertical laundry)
Please, supervise your little ones whenever they are in the pool area.
If during your stay you observe any cloudy coloration in the water, or if the robot stop, please report it to me immediately. It’s really important to To fill the pool water, you just have to put the nearest hose and keep the water level at half or above the blue tile
keep the robot in the pool and do not take it out of the water at any time.

It is strictly forbidden to be naked in the pool area, please, note that we have neighbors in front and on both sides. If there is a report from the neighbors, and it is verified by the cameras violating this rule, this will be grounds for eviction immediately without any refund. FYI. My house has a small studio located in the old garage. This one has its own front door and driveway with separating potted plants. NO access to the pool, NO access to any part of the house, Completely fenced and delimited from the house. This is for personal use only. It remains empty most of the year. Some times You may see a car parked in a driveway designated for the studio. Guests have 4 additional parking spaces. If you have any question, please contact me before your booking.
