General Description: Pet Friendly, Self Serve 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Townhome in located in Little Harbor private beach community. Our guests have access to all amenities which include: our private beach, two onsite restaurants, two pools, hot tub, arcade playroom, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball court, children playground, corn hole, shuffleboard, fishing piers and so much more!
The townhome: 3 stories, no elevator. queen bed - master, two full beds in second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Delicately furnished and decorated with a coastal touch, fully equipped kitchen, and we provide comfortable, fresh towels and linen for our guests. The home has views from both front and back balconies. Total of 4 balconies. The home has a full kitchen, tv in living room and both bedrooms and also has full sized washer and dryer. The home has a blow dryer, iron and ironing board. This home has convenient parking, counting with a full size garage and a covered carport- 2 parking spaces. The community also has overflow parking if there are more than 2 cars.
Our home is professionally cleaned, we offer self-check in with a door code, property parking, amenity access and Wi-Fi are always free. We provide the door code and instructions the day of check in. Parking pass and Pool Pass will be inside the unit. NOTE: pool pass also opens the arcade game room and fitness center.

Stay active at the fitness center with its scenic upstairs terrace, or relax at one of our two onsite waterfront restaurants — Sunset Bar & Grill for tiki‑style beach dining and Hooks Waterfront Bar & Grill for American favorites with canal views. Explore with golf cart rentals, narrated eco‑tours, sunset cruises, or kayak adventures nearby. These activities are operated by our local vendors. Whether you’re here for sunsets, seafood, or simply a slower pace, Little Harbor offers the perfect blend of Florida charm and coastal fun.
Located near all community amenities, you can easily walk or drive to the pools, private beach, pier, sports courts, fitness center, and arcade playroom. Free parking zones are available for the beach and amenities — be sure to park in the correct lot to avoid pay to park tickets. Guests receive a pool pass and parking pass; additional passes are available upon request.
The pools close at sunset and reopen each morning, with the water heated in winter. Restaurants open daily at 11am, and community amenities operate year round, unless closed for maintenance or renovations. Enjoy fishing from the pier or canals (please follow posted rules — no cleaning or disposing of fish on site). Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, enjoy waterside dining, or explore all that Little Harbor has to offer, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Check In & Maintenance Info:
When you arrive, we suggest doing a quick walk through and letting us know right away if you spot anything that needs attention. If something urgent comes up, we’ll schedule our maintenance team or cleaning crew to come by. If you’re not home during the scheduled time, please be sure to give us permission to enter so we can take care of it for you.
We do not offer reimbursements for inconveniences. Instead, we’ll work quickly to offer solutions — such as sending maintenance or cleaners, or in some cases, moving you to another property. Non urgent items can be noted and will be handled after your stay unless you’d like them addressed sooner.
Things to Know Before You Book:
We don’t provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, salt, pepper, or cooking oils — so please bring your favorites. For sanitary reasons, we can’t store food products.
When you arrive, you’ll find a small starter supply waiting for you:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen
• Dish soap, sponge, and hand soap
Pack what you’ll need for the rest of your stay, and you’ll be all set for a great trip!
New***PAY-TO-PARK for the beach only. You get free parking in the community parking spaces which are a short 2 minute walk from the beach! So it is best to leave your car in the free parking space and walk down to save $$ ;) Golf carts park for free at the beach.
Important Update for guests. We do our best to keep our listing updated. But in case there is conflicting information anywhere on our listing we want to clarify that currently all water sport activities are now located 3.6 miles away from our community at E. G Simmons Conservation Park. This is specifically for Jet Ski Rentals and Kayaking. Jet Ski Rentals are done through a third party vendor and Kayaking is done through E. G Simmons or Latitude’s Guided Tour.

Nice townhouse
We stayed here in between moves, when our closings got delayed. It was a great little townhouse. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so I can’t comment on those. There was plenty of additional parking in the culdesac and all the other neighbors were very nice!

Beautiful view on water but.......
Our first time here for an entire month and we were ready to leave. Our townhouse was ample space for 2 people but had various issues. Our initial problem was a missing shower liner that had never been here and caused a musty smell in our bathroom. Carmen did bring all new items to rectify that issue but others did exist and were mentioned in our exit text. Most of the legs on our dining room chairs were very loose and my husband tried to tighten them best he could. We also found our vacuum unusable until we cleaned out the roller and canister and washed the filters. I reported the upper bathroom fan needing to be cleaned out also. The adirondack chairs in our upper front balcony were cracked and broken. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all and the cookware in the kitchen needed to be replaced a long time ago. The towels were similar to those we all had in gym class and were very small and thin. No rags to clean were in the unit along with kitchen dishrags so we ended up buying those. We did have to purchase other items which is understandable for a month rental....bathroom tissue, kleenex, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 3 hand pumps and toilet cleaner. This unit was on a beautiful canal and much time was spent on our rear balcony. As far as the harbor resort it was much busier than we expected and would not return until the resort is monitored more with access to only owners and renters. Traffic was a constant caravan of cars and quite noisy at all hours. The large warmer pool became too crowded and brought in anybody that found the pool was not locked. Hooks provided free access if a drink was purchased but that was not followed. We finally switched to the smaller colder pool due to huge crowds. Same for the private beach which is not private and brings crowds of people in that know about it. We understand 2 restaurants are here but the pools and beach need to be kept private. Way too much traffic! We hear big changes are coming soon and we hope to return to enjoy this beautiful property down the road. We did enjoy seeing dolphins and manatees from our balcony and spend time down on the pier. We also booked a fishing charter and enjoyed time with friends living nearby.

No compassion for guest
The property was fine however our experience with management and owner was unbelievable when the whole world is being compassionate accommodating and waving cancellation rules regarding refunds. we had to leave for home early due to coronavirus, our reservation was for mar 1-29 however left mar 18. Everything closing, stores restaurants beaches pools all entertainment Canadian borders and health insurance coverage being discontinued......grocery store shelves are becoming bare and I told Carmen we would be leaving early on March 18 and she replied with we would be getting a refund but maybe not a full refund and now that we left early and home in Canada she said zero refund! She said refunds were given to people who didn't check in but we left early and would receive nothing. As Canadians we had no choice but to go home because of this pandemic per both Canadian and US governments!
We paid for 28 day stay and left 11 days early. Carmen said our lease stated no refund however all the people who didn’t check in had the same lease and they received refunds.
Carmen said I will receive a discount if I book again. Help me to understand why We would book Homeaway again if this is how I am treated. This is a world wide pandemic, people are dying! We just didn’t have the common cold and want to go home!
I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this extremely negative experience

Beautiful place!
Stayed week of the fourth and enjoyed our stay immensely! I do plan on booking again in the future. Only issue I had was that I’d asked if we could add a day and was told we could only to never have it confirmed, leading to a shortened vacation and some frustration.
Otherwise, the property was awesome! And I will be booking this townhome in the future!

A wonderfully relaxing vacation
The townhouse was very clean. The management was very friendly and answered any and all questions within minutes when I texted them. There is lots to do right there at the facility and even more within a short drive away. Lots of water and boats and restaurants. We spent time at the pool and the beach all walking distance. The townhouse we had, was not on the beach but it did overlook a finger of water coming off the bay. We could walk our dog just about anywhere. We could walk him on parts of the beach. We took him by the marinas and all through the neighborhood.
It was a very clean and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to bake and cook meals. The beach was nice, but it didn't have the nice white sandy beaches of the Gulf.
All in all this is a very nice place to go for a relaxing get-away.

not very friendly owners
The place we rented has some issues with cleanliness, dust, spiderwebs, sticky floors around the kitchen, stinky couch, broken toilet paper holder. We liked the location of the property and the garage, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes, towels and linens. I was just disappointed that when I was trying to get a hold of property manager with some questions towards the end of our stay never got any calls back. At the end of our stay we left 7 inch beach umbrella and 2 folding camping chairs but nobody even said thank you.
