The Backyard
This is where you'll spend most of your time. Saltwater pool (easier on your skin and
eyes). Hot tub. Cold plunge if you're up for it. Pergola with a swing daybed that's
hard to leave. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, string lights after dark.
The dock sits right on the canal. Grab a kayak or SUP and paddle out. Keep an eye
out for manatees. Sunsets from here are unreal.

• Air hockey and Xbox in the game room
• Outdoor projector for movie nights

The Wellness Room

This is The Don's secret weapon. A dedicated room with two zero-gravity L track massage
chairs facing a glowing Himalayan salt wall. Essential oils diffusing.

The Sunroom
Infrared sauna, Peloton, Tonal. Work out, sweat it out, cool off in the pool. Repeat.

Tropical modern vibes throughout. Backlit murals, fluted wood panels, warm
textures.

• Sleeper sofa and rollaway also available

Tampa Shores is a quiet, residential neighborhood on the canal.
• 10-15 min to Tampa International Airport
• 15-20 min to downtown Tampa
• 15 min to Raymond James Stadium
• 20-25 min to Busch Gardens & Zoo Tampa
• 10-15 min to Ben T. Davis Beach
• 30-35 min to Clearwater Beach
• 25-30 min to St. Pete

HOUSE SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
- 1 dish sponge
- 1 paper towel
- 1 dish detergent
- 6 extra trash bags
- 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
- 2 to 3 dish washing capsules
- Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
- Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay

**A waiver must be signed in order to utilize the kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, peloton, tonal, and the massage chairs . If you would like to use these free amenities, simply let your Host know upon booking. A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature to the person making the reservation.**

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- 2 tandem kayaks, 2 combo kayak/SUP boards, hot tub, cold plunge, Tonal gym, Peloton bike, Infrared sauna are free for your use, once our waiver has been signed.
- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 55 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

Good to Know
• The dock is great for kayaks and sunsets. Tides run low, so it's not suited for
boats.
• No boat lift on the property.
• Residential neighborhood — please keep noise at a reasonable level.
• There's open water on the property. Families with young children should be
aware.
• Pets welcome
