Stylish cozy townhouse professional designed in Tampa's historic Hyde Park community now available! Walk, bike scooter to downtown, SoHo, Hyde Park Village, the Univ. of Tampa. Walking distance to dozens of local coffee shops (Starbucks and Buddy Brew Coffee) steps away, bars and restaurants. Luxuriously appointed and sleeps 5! Step into the lux master hotel suite with walk-in closet and master bath. The space Less than a 5-mile walk or a $10 Uber ride to Tampa International Airport with off-street parking available. Common areas include a well appointed living area with TV, luxurious kitchen and additional 1/2 bath. private yard and WIFI

Other things to note
Walk one block north to the Duckys Sports Bar, east to Starbucks and south Tree House restaurant and Hyde Park Cafe nightclub. West three blocks on Kennedy is Buddy Brew, our local coffee shop and a block beyond that is Old School Sports Bar and restaurant. Eight blocks south will take you to the Hyde Park Village shopping and restaurant district, with Bartaco, Irish21, OnSwann, Goody Burger, Meat Market, Forbici, Timpanos, and the local theater, Cinebistro. Eight blocks away will take you to the SoHo bar district, home of Taco Dirty, Bar Howard, World of Beer, Love Child, Yard of Ale, SoHo Saloon and Dubliner Irish Pub. Farther south is a more refined gastropub in Bulla abutting some of Tampa's finest restaurants in Daily Eats featuring American fare and Fresh-Mex inspired restaurant Green Lemon check out rooftop Bulla and Epicurean. We were in town for a dance competition at the Straz Center and the location could not be more perfect. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown and close to Hyde Park. Parking in the driveway was convenient and safe. The townhouse was decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. Lori was a wonderful host and responded quickly and courteously when I reached out. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Tampa.

OH MY GOSHHH! If you are looking for a place to stay that is convenient, secure, and spacious then look no further cause this is the STAYCATION YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!!! This cute townhome was giving exactly what it was suppose to give!! You won’t be disappointed with your stay. This home had so much to offer . I’m ready to go back!!

We rented this VRBO to visit with our son who is a student at USF. The location was great and a very spacious unit. Only a short drive or walk to many of Tampas restaurant and attractions. Lori was responsive once we arrived and had questions (like no coffee maker, WiFi password, electrical trip for bathroom switch etc). The downstairs living room and kitchen were nice. Once we got upstairs it was difficult to tell if the property was in desperate need of repair or amidst a renovation. There were missing smoke detectors (wires dangling from the ceiling both upstairs and downstairs/ safety concern), open electrical outlets and light switches (no face plate also a safety concern), various other areas that needed attention. There is no closet access in the master bedroom or any means to hang up clothing (no hooks etc). I considered hanging my clothes in the guest bedroom but those sliding mirrored doors were off track and nearly falling so we decided not to touch them. The bathroom towels that were left out were heavily stained and dingy. Overall I didn’t feel the unit was extra clean, especially the bathroom. I think the unit has a lot of potential to be luxurious, but I do not think in its current state that is a reasonable description of the property. It’s to each person perspective and what you are looking for in your rental. I think I was just expecting something different based on the description in the posting.

If you are looking for a location to explore the best of Tampa, Ybor City and anywhere within 45 minutes, this location can't be beat. This owner-lived in property is elegantly decorated to give you a get-away feeling. Kitchen provides for beverage and light food prep or snacks, but lack of dining area and cooking equipment is only a problem if you aren't prepared to enjoy the fabulous food in the area. See the owners list of restaurants. WiFi is stable, Internet TV is well connected with Apps, Owner is responsive to questions. Lori responded with gracious southern hospitality when our paid in full property cancelled without notice, rescuing the remainder of our stay in Tampa for the Outback Bowl.
