This gorgeous home's private pool sits center stage of the home facilitating tranquil views of the water from most areas of the home. Located in the Temple Terrace Golf Course Community and minutes away from neighboring parks, you will fall in love with this charming neighborhood!
Attending a Concert at the Hard Rock Casino? or visiting the major Theme Parks Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, this home is less than 4 miles away, placing you in one of the most central locations to all that Tampa has to offer!

This home has been professionally designed and furnished and features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and plenty of parking .Located just minutes from the !75, and 20 minutes to the airport, beaches.

There is another guesthouse located to the far right of the home that is also available for booking on VRBO. It is a completely separate unit with its own entrance and access.

Great house

This house has four bedrooms each with a queen bed. Large kitchen, dining room, and family room, clean and nicely designed. Beautiful marvel tile in the bathroom and kitchen, pretty much all the amenities we needed. Spent a lot of time in the pool – that was very nice. Hostess is very responsive and helpful. Close to Busch gardens and easy access to interstates. I would absolutely recommend this home for large parties, especially including children!

Large, well maintained and updated property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was larger than expected, the pool was fantastic, kids enjoyed themselves, the rooms were nicely updated. Great spot, responsive hosts. The house wraps around the pool so you have a good view from wherever you are. Our only feedback was that there should be a few more sets of dishes in the kitchen, and there didn’t seem to be any working smoke detectors installed. Easy fix - highly recommend this place!

Spring Break 2024

Very impressed with this property! We had 4 adults & 3 kids (ages 5 - 12). This home is nicely decorated with a modern kitchen & is very comfortable. The 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms gave us plenty of space to spread out & have privacy. We spent a lot of time out by the pool, just relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

House was very nice and spacious kitchen area great. There was no welcome book and therefore had to contact owner a few times to access the wi-fi .limited amount of dishes especially for size of house. Spa was not working even though advertised that it was. Should have been fixed in two months. Would stay there again and would recommend others to stay. Was told by owner that she was new to program and is learning. Suggest tv should have local programming instead of apps

Unique House

This home is perfect for a large family. The layout provides for privacy and being able to to get showered/dressed without tripping over each other. Location is very close to USF and Busch Gardens. It’s a quick 25 min. to downtown. The house is extremely clean and has tons of closet space. As noted in previous comments there is not a lot of dishes /glasses for a large group to use at once but everything you need is there including coffee bar and wine fridge. There is not a lot of sitting space in the great room but we made do. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach via the chat on the app. I will definitely rebook this or other properties she lists. Enjoy your stay. Cheers!

This house is large enough for a large family, has enough room for all. Only minor things that are not told before. 1 bedroom has a full size bed not queen, could use more pans and chairs when you have a large family. If you need extra towels or blankets you need to let them know before. Well how would you know? But again these are a easy fix. No reason not to stay at this house. Very safe area and nice to walk to the park. So if you have a large or small family this could be your next vaction stay.

Great Property!

My group was in town for a convention with a party of 6 of us that stayed at the property. The layout was very spacious and allowed plenty of privacy for everyone. It was actually larger than we originally expected. The pool area with the screened in lanai was a huge hit with the group. It's always great when the property meets or exceeds what's shown in the pictures. This is one of those properties! Everyone loved the personal touch and theme that the owner put into it. Of course there's usually pros and cons to most things, but the pros outweighed the cons by far, so the cons are not worth mentioning. Restaurants and shopping are within a 5-10 minute drive in this nice, quiet community.

Perfect for our family

This lovely home had the perfect floor plan for our family and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed gathering around the pool , and the house was convenient to area attractions. A small table by the claw foot tub would be nice to put shampoo, razor, soap with in reach. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Tampa.

Beautiful place well taken care love the kitchen never felt crowed the pool area is very private and clean. The owners have thought of it all. we stay there for my daughters wedding so we had family fly in and drive in what was great we all had are own bathrooms so it was easy for us all to get ready. Would definitely stay there again. The owner was just phone call away any questions we had she answered right away. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Stay

Brought my family of 5 for a spring break trip and had the best time at the Jade Jewel! The aesthetics & design of the home was top tier. With spacious bedrooms, private baths and a very responsive host (when needed) this stay didn’t miss a beat! Definitely referred to everyone I know and I truly look forward to returning!

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT PLACE

Love the area, near to everything and communication from host is excellent. Place is superbly clean and well put together, spacious. Love the concept of rooms surrounding the pool and access from every angle.
