We stayed there from 9/26-9/29 2025. Place was poorly maintained. It seemed like the place wasn't cleaned in a long time. Floors weren't vacuumed. There were a lot of ants around. 2 dead gecko carcasses. Lawn hadn't been cut. Grass was long, tree branches and leaves all around the outside that wasn't screened in. Sliding door was jammed in upstairs bedroom and wouldn't open or shut to outside balcony. We got the door to open once and the floor seemed to be coming apart outside. Downstairs bathroom in game room had a broken door that would get stuck on the tile floor. The a/c stopped working upstairs on the 2nd day no one was able to sleep up there. Mentioned it to the owner and they said they would try and get an electrician there the next day and no one ever showed up. We had to have everyone share beds and sleep on the couches. On our way out we found a dead cocroach. Overall the place seemed dirty and on top of all these other problems with the amount of money we paid it was totally unacceptable. Brought everything to the owner's attention as issues came up. During the stay he made excuses that he just had hired a new cleaning team, he just got a new management team. I came to him with our disappointment at the end of our stay and he wrote back with a sincere apology and he said he would give us a refund through Vrbo. He thanked me for the feedback and giving him a chance to make it right. Never heard from him again or received a refund

The house was super cute. We had four couples and everyone had plenty of space. Pool was the perfect temp. Great location. 15 minutes to the casino, 20 minutes to Raymond James, Publix / Walmart / etc right around the corner if you need anything. Host was very responsive when we reached out with questions.

Overall good spot for boys trip

Overall not bad, plenty of beds and space to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and back deck all weekend. The issues were the pool heater shut off after the 1st day there and did not turn on again which made swimming not as pleasant but still doable with the Florida heat. The A/C also could not keep up and would not get below around 74 degrees. Finally one night we did have a homeless man walk around the property late at night but with 12 dudes in the house it seemed to scare him off. Still not the most comfortable experience. I’d recommend this place for a group of guys on a bachelor trip but not a family based on comfort of house and pool heater not working as described. Overall 4:5 stars

My finance team came down for a conference and staying here was cheaper than hotel prices. The property was absolutely amazing. Clean, comfortable, beautiful home. Cristian was wonderful, quickly responded to all messages. All of my team wants to come back with their families.

Very Misleading - Poor Communication

The booking process was smooth; after arriving at the property things went south very fast. WE DID NOT STAY! The property was much smaller than what the pictures showed; the bathroom tub/showers were awful/mildew in the corners and along the corking; blinds falling down when touched; construction in the backyard was very loud; blue tarp along the one side to block others from seeing in the pool area and us seeing out; neighborhood was very very sketchy and seemed unsafe. I sent pictures to VRBO and they refunded monies paid to them immediately and apologized for our experience. They even tried to find me another property but it was 1 hour away so it did not work for us. They asked me to contact the owner to get the other monies refunded. I tried contacting Cristian many times after that and no answer, of course. After many text messages he finally responded saying "you can leave if you want to." It is now 3 days later and i am still trying to get in touch with him to get the status of my additional refund...of course he is avoiding me like the plague. My advice to you is if you have any standards or care about cleanliness and safety for you and your family, don't book this property - RUN!!! The owner/host will do and say anything to get your money. If you are not satisfied after you arrive, good luck with communicating to get your refund. My family is special to me and I would not put them in a home that is below standard. This ruined our family's Thanksgiving vacation!!!

Wonderful stay

My family and I had the best stay in Tampa We came from NY, Miami, Delaware, Virginia for my son engagement at a Country Club the day after thanksgiving. Cristian was one of the most responsible owner. He ensured that our family had a a great thanksgiving together as several of us were from out of town. He provided us with an xtra table to allowed us to eat together. Plus he bought table cloths for the table. The house is clean, beds are very comfortable, lots of room, pool is warm, plenty of cooking utensils. Neighborhood is very quiet , peaceful at night, close to everything. I highly recommend this place.

Dishes were dirty. BBQ gross would not use. Pool table and sticks in poor shape. Pool needs a heater. Bathrooms very dated. On a positive notes the bedrooms were very nice and comfortable.

Guys sports weekend

Me and 4 of my buddies stayed for a 4 day weekend. Played some golf, had a great steak barbecue, attended an NHL game, and watched a lot of football while enjoying the pool on Sunday! It was a great property - plenty of space, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, TVs, and entertainment / activity options at the house and nearby! Highly recommend this location.

The house was perfect size for a graduation party and for having 7 people stay. Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was perfect size and clear water. We used the grill quite a bit and we got a lot of use out of the pool table as well. Worked out very well for us.
