    * Pool Heating Fee: $35 per night;
    Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
    IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.
    * Shipping Lost & Found: $100;
    * Additional Guest Fee Above 8: $15 per Night
    * We kindly ask that our guests take care of the property during their stay. If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.

Concert stay!

The property and location was great. Communication with the property management was very easy and they always checked to make sure we were doing ok, and if we needed anything. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely rent this home again.

Family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family vacay!! It was very clean, modern yet cozy, and met all of our needs. The location was great! It was very near all of the attractions we planned to visit. The hosts were very responsive and solved all the minor issues quickly! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was just like the listing. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable home away from home. Host was awesome. Home has everything you need. If we are back in this area again we will use this house again!

Pros: Good value for what is provided. The communication with the rental company was smooth and prompt. The outdoor area is nice with the pool and seating options (although there was no hammock as advertised in the listing pictures). The kitchen was fairly well equipped. It was very convenient having laundry and laundry detergent. The living room couch was super comfortable. Easy parking with the car port. There were minimal rules when leaving the property regarding cleaning which made leaving less stressful. For example we didn't have to worry about moving trash barrels, stripping sheets, etc like we did at other properties. There are plenty of towels and pillows available (although bath towels and beach towels were pretty small and thin, not what is pictured in the listing). Cons: There were outdoor cameras including facing the pool, outdoor seating area, car port and front doorbell without being disclosed in the listing. Some of the vinyl flooring was cracked in the king bedroom and kitchen. We weren't able to sleep in the king bed as half of it felt sunken in. (I let the rental company know about these things when asked for feedback). The queen bed was a little bit more comfortable. I was glad we weren't traveling with the maximum amount of people because you need to walk though one bedroom to get to the bedroom with the king bed and second bathroom. I was a little surprised there was no cooking basics like salt, pepper, oil, or a basic cleaner but we made it work.

Xavier’s Graduation

My family from Texas and Louisiana came to Tampa to celebrate Xavier’s graduation. Your house was perfect for us. The location was in the middle of everything we had planned to do. Playing pool was a big plus. The pool was also a great hit. Emperor Rentals reached out several times to be sure that everything was what we were expecting. If I had any questions they were quick to respond. It was a perfectly relaxing time for all of us.

Trip to visit friends

Great stay and easy location to get to all parts of Tampa. Pool was very warm even with the low temps for the area. Staff was very responsive to questions and ensured I was informed. The only thing I would recommend is an improvement to the back door. It tends to bind when opening and could cause damage to the home. This is a minor issue and one that is easily resolved. Great stay!

Pool

The house was clean and had everything we needed. They were extemely helpful and gwtting into the home was easy. Our main issue was the cleaniness of the pool. All three of our kids got a rash from swimming in the pool. Our middle child was given steriod ceme for a baterical infection by his doctor who confirmed the infection was from a unclean pool.
