Lovely one bedroom apartment in a safe community. the apartment sits a few blocks away from major expressway for easy move to anywhere your desire within Tampa Bay area. right in the hart of Tampa; 7 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from International mall and many Restaurants. Downtown Tampa is only 10 minutes away, downtown Saint Petersburg 20 minutes away, bush gardens 20 minutes.

the Apartment has been renovated offering a very big new kitchen with Gas Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. the bathroom is very big size and updated. sitting area is beautiful offering a 60 inch TV. You wont regret staying in this beautiful unit. Linens and towels are provided.

Served the purpose. We would stay again

Parking was a bit tight, the rooms are fine, but not exceptional. Not as clean as you would find in a hotel, but comfortable and served the purpose. Comfortable bed.

Wonderful, centrally located for me

Got in at midnight. Place was well lit, but I had trouble finding which door had the number 2, but no biggy. The host/owner responds very well. The place was very clean and offered all the amenities such as shampoo, soap, towels, TP, kitchenware, etc. Little patio area with a lounge and table and chairs. There is AC but the place seemed to keep cool on its own. Kept at 75° during the days. There is parking and no key to lose. Keyless entry The place is about half a block off the mainstreet and close to TPA and roughly 30 min from Clearwater Beach and less than 5 to each to West Shore Plaza and International Bay Street Mall. Many options and levels of dining, too! I will definitely stay again when available!!

Fantastic!

The space was private, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Communication was perfect. I absolutely loved it! (I kinda wish that the ice maker in the fridge had been working, and a hair dryer in the bath would have been much appreciated... But these were minor points, and they did not make my stay any less enjoyable at all.)

Nice place. Nice neighborhood.

Cute, comfy place. For long-term I would've chosen a different one (need a dresser & a washer/dryer & more dishes/kitchen supplies) but for short term it's perfect. Metro diner in walking distance. Other places a short drive. Park with small beach just minutes away. Nice patio to come outside & read or have apps/happy hour.

Great place to stay!

This was a pretty property in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and neat and in a great location. Parking spots were available in the driveway. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great location!!

The property is located in a great location. Food, pharmacies, coffee shops, and the mall are within 5-10 minute drive. The fridge and the dishwasher are in need of some TLC. But overall for a short visit is great.

vacation/education

We needed a place to stay that was convenient to downtown Tampa. This was the perfect spot. We could drive to one of several beaches in about 30 minutes or go enjoy the riverwalk with about a 5 minute drive. Everything we needed was only a short drive, including Walmart. The owners managed our concerns quickly and completely. Also, there was a washer and dryer on the property.

Everything was fine until I had to call the manager Maria when the toilet and sink backed up. She became very beligerent when I called several times to ask when they would be fixed.

Cutest little place ever!

Pictures definitely don’t do this house justice! It’s the cutest little one bedroom but is actually so much bigger than you’d think! Communication with the property manager was also great. We had no issues at all! Will definitely be renting again in the future if back in the area.
