This gorgeous backyard bungalow puts you right in the heart of Tampa's hip, South Seminole Heights neighborhood, close to some of the city's best restaurants and attractions. The popular Riverwalk and the new Armature Works are less than two miles away by bike or car, while breweries and several great dining options can be found within walking distance.

The cottage has been fully renovated for complete modern comfort and features a detached floor plan for added privacy and separation from the main house. A brand-new deck (shared with the main house) offers a shaded spot to relax with your favorite beverage. In the evenings, you can gather around the firepit on the shared patio.

A full-size fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a sink provide home-snacking convenience. Free WiFi and a smart TV are equipped for streaming, web browsing, and remote working. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and a split air-conditioner.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unfortunately we had a bad . We were subject to a dog bite (owner of the properties dog was unleashed and running around the property. It jumped over a bush and latched it mouth on our dogs neck.) that punctured our dogs neck. We elected to leave due to safety concerns. What if my wife or I walked out? Would the dog attack us? The owner of the property spoke to us, but referred us to Vacasa for a refund. She decided to not assist us, although she was getting paid for this rental.Only to have Vacasa challenge our request to leave for the remainder of our stay with a refund. After multiple calls they refunded 1/4 of the cost. We have a dispute in with our bank and also about to file multiple complaints with the city of Tampa. Also, toilet barely flushes and fills, there is NO door on bathroom. Don’t be fooled by the photos online. There is just a sheet hanging in front of the toilet.They advertise that there is a stove, but all they have is a plug-in stove in a cabinet, and ripped blinds where we had to use toilet paper to cover. To top things off the unit was not clean, the pillowcases had yellow stains. We spent the first day washing all of the bedding and pillows just to feel clean.Unfortunately, we have to leave this review. We feel this could have been resolved if the owner refunded us our money’s after the safety concern of the dog bite.
