This space is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Walmart and Publix, and 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is also easily accessible from I-275 and I-4.

Guest access
Upon arrival, guests will be able to directly check-in with a lockbox. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the area!

The entire apartment is deep cleaned between every guest with anti-bacterial products to ensure the health and well-being of our valued guests.

No smoking is allowed on property. Guests smoking will incur a $200 fine + damages, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO.


No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Parties will incur a $500 fine, an automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO. We are in a peaceful residential area, so please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place between 11:00pm - 8:00am.


Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in a $200 fine + damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO.
