The studio is attached to the home with a separate entrance door.

• No parties are allowed.
• Guests are not allowed to have visitors for security reasons.
• No pets are permitted.
• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited; a fee will be charged for any violations.
• No drugs, including medical cannabis, are allowed inside the property.
• Locals must contact us before booking.

Additional Notes:
• We respond to all inquiries between 8 AM and 10 PM. Messages sent outside this timeframe will be addressed the following day. Thank you for your understanding.
• For long-term stays, we require an additional agreement to be signed outside the platform.
