The small patio off the lounge invites you to step outside for a quiet moment, a soft breeze and the scent of nearby greenery. Whether you gather after a day of exploring or unwind with a movie on the TV, the space feels like a calm, private retreat within a friendly community.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms each hold a queen bed, and every bedroom opens onto its own full bathroom, giving families and groups the privacy they appreciate. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided, so you can settle in without missing a beat.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen offers ample counter space, a functional layout, and everything needed for simple meals or shared dinners. The adjacent dining area and a cozy breakfast nook make it easy to gather around the table, enjoy a home‑cooked meal, or plan the next adventure.



Comfort & everyday essentials

Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while a washer and dryer inside the unit simplify longer stays. High‑speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or study, and a flat‑screen TV provides easy entertainment for downtime.

Step beyond the unit to a community pool, gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and an outdoor grill area—perfect for casual meals or a sunny afternoon. All of these shared spaces are just a short walk from your door, adding variety without crowding your private retreat.

Located in Lutz, the home is a short drive from University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and several local parks, making it a convenient base for exploring the area’s attractions.

Families, groups of friends, and guests planning longer stays will find the layout and amenities ideal. The property is pet‑friendly and welcomes long‑term stays of 28 days or more. Self‑check‑in via smart lock and free on‑site parking streamline arrivals and daily comings and goings.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
