Thank you for choosing Serena Vacation Homes. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review and respect the following house rules:

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Occupancy

• The maximum occupancy stated in the reservation must be respected at all times.
• Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Respect for Neighbors

• Please be mindful of neighboring homes and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Property Care

• Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.
• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items occurring during their stay. Applicable charges may be requested after check-out.

Housekeeping

* Please note that the cleaning fee is a one-time charge per stay and applies exclusively to the final check-out cleaning. It does not include daily housekeeping services during the stay.
• Housekeeping services are provided for an additional cost.

Pool and Community Amenities

• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No glass containers are permitted in or around pool areas.
• Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules governing shared amenities and common areas.

Smoking and Pets

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
Violations will result in a $500 fine.

Parking

• Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.

Safety

• Illegal activities, drug use, and any conduct that violates Costa Rican law are strictly prohibited.
