  • Casa Lomas del Mar es una elegante y moderna villa de 4 camas / 4 baños con muebles nuevos y una vista panorámica impresionante. Este paraíso en la ladera de la colina se encuentra en una exclusiva comunidad cerrada que se encuentra sobre el extremo norte de la playa de Tamarindo y domina la vasta extensión de Playa Grande y el Parque Nacional Marino Las Baulas. En la playa frente a Casa Lomas del Mar están las olas que hacen de Tamarindo un destino internacional de surf.
    El diseño minimalista de esta casa exclusiva utiliza ángulos y líneas nítidas que se equilibran perfectamente con las suaves curvas de las colinas contra el horizonte. El vidrio del piso al techo que divide los espacios interiores y exteriores en los lados norte y oeste de la villa crea una sensación de espacio ininterrumpido y de armonía con la selva y el cielo circundantes. Una piscina de borde infinito, una terraza construida con madera local, una sala de estar al aire libre y un patio con barbacoa encantan a los huéspedes de la Casa las Lomas con lo mejor en vida de lujo al aire libre.
    En el interior, esta magnífica villa ofrece 3,200 pies cuadrados de espacio lujoso en dos niveles. En el primer nivel, una amplia cocina de diseño moderno incluye todo lo que usted o su chef privado necesitan para preparar y servir comidas gourmet completas. Una sola sala común y espaciosa abarca el área de la sala de estar y el comedor, con su fascinante panorama de 180 grados. Hay 3 suites de cama / baño en la casa principal y una cuarta suite de cama / baño ubicada es una Casita separada. Dos de las cuatro suites de la cama / baño de la casa están en este primer nivel.
    El segundo nivel de Casa Lomas del Mar está dedicado exclusivamente a la suite principal. Esta espaciosa suite de lujo se siente como si estuviera suspendida en el cielo. El vidrio del piso al techo en dos lados, con persianas oscuras para dormir, inunda la habitación con luz natural y pinta un paisaje marino en constante cambio enmarcado por el follaje de la selva. Los patios privados y las terrazas de la azotea a las que solo se puede acceder desde el dormitorio principal ofrecen lugares tranquilos para momentos de contemplación tranquilos.
    El cuarto dormitorio / baño es una casita separada de la casa principal. La Casita incluye un baño con ducha, una cama tamaño king y comodidades tales como una pequeña nevera, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, artículos de vidrio, tazas de café, cubiertos y platos.
    Casa Lomas del Mar cuenta con aire acondicionado y está equipada con televisión por cable y acceso a internet wi-fi de alta velocidad. Su proximidad a la playa de Tamarindo hace de esta villa de vacaciones una excelente opción para los surfistas, familias y grupos íntimos de amigos.

5 Star Stay at Casa del Mar

Absolutely perfect stay. The concierge, Adriana was exceptional from the time of initial booking until departure. She helped book activities and rental car. The house and pool are stunning with magnificent ocean views. A definite must stay location. We would gladly book again

Beautiful location! Amazing Sunsets!

The property is gorgeous and well taken care of. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The nightly sunsets are amazing! The property is close to town, beaches and tons of great restaurants (not walkable but very close). The people of Costa Rica are so welcoming. We had a great time!

Amazing Vacation

The management team for this rental went above and beyond and they truly made our vacation memorable. Cris went above and beyond. She booked the most amazing excursions and was incredibly responsive. Everything with this listing was as advertised and we highly recommend! All around it was a fantastic trip and we can't wait to go back!

Tamarindo 2023

The house is beautiful with stunning views of the ocean. It is minutes away from the town of Tamarindo, but note that it is high up on a steep hill and therefore, not driveable into town or the nearby beaches.

Property was beautiful. Unheated pool was cold so will check for heat in pool another time. Very secure property. Fantastic view. Location close to town. Town was fun.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful property and great amenities. Had a few issues with electric going down as well as water line but that may have been caused by the construction in the community. Would highly recommend for a nice family (8 or less) getaway. Having the pool heated would have been a plus to use more often

Easy to book & get to from LIR. House far exceeded our expectations. Make sure you rent a car. Conceirge will get that setup for you. Everything you need for a wonderful Costa Rica vacation. Friendly staff, very attentive!

Beautiful Home and Gorgeous Views

The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. The views from the pool and upstairs bedroom were amazing and our favorite part of the home. Accommodations were perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) but could easily accommodate more people/ 2 families. The location of the home was very good for what we were looking for - close to all the restaurants and beach. Sunsets from the pool/outdoor living area were our favorite part. Host was very responsive and helpful with all of our requests!

Our group of three couples enjoyed our stay at Casa Loma very much! The pictures of the house were spot on. Cindy, our housekeeper/chef was wonderful; kept the house spotless, was a joy to be around, and cooked great breakfasts. Adriana, the property host was responsive, friendly, and very helpful when a need arose or we had a question. A car is a necessity as it is not practical to walk up the hills to the home, and there is much to see in the area. The pool is beautiful, even if cold, and the sun deck is great. We even had a couple of early morning visits from monkeys who traveled through nearby trees (not near enough to the house to be a concern but still close enough to be entertaining). Food, and basically everything in Tamarindo is surprisingly expensive but well worth the cost. We will definitely be back.

Amazing House!

This house was fantastic. It exceeded all of our expectations. The house is very well designed, open, with great views, and a great place to have a family or several couples (we were two couples and it worked perfectly). The master bedroom was great, with a full balcony and great deck, amazing views. And the casita was a really cool, second guest house, also with great views. The kitchen was very good, and the pool was great (infinity pool with a great view down the hill). Also, the neighborhood was quiet, with security, and separation between houses (the house next door was a family with small kids, and it was never a problem at all). It's also super convenient to the main drag on Tamarindo, and very walkable. Finally, the management of the property is so helpful. They were always available and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. (Honestly, I wish we lived there)!

Property was amazing! Views and pics did not disappoint. Cris the concierge was wonderful in helping book excursions, transportation, and plenty of other suggestions while in Costa Rica!

Beautiful property. Sunsets stunning. .

The view is not to be missed. Incredible. Perfect for adult family vacation. Pool over sunset crazy beautiful. The guide/ guest book is only online. With the Wi-Fi passwords. If you don’t save it to your phone before arriving you’re screwed. A paper version would have helped.

Wonderful Experience

Cris and Adriana were incredibly helpful from before we arrived all the way through to the end. We didn’t plan much in advance, but everything we wanted to set up was literally just a call or message away. Also recommended a private chef Adriana who made it so worth it to stay in and eat, some of the best food I’ve ever had. The house was incredible as well pictures can’t even describe that sunset everyday. Would return for literally any occasion. Highly recommended.

Amazing views and property

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Casa Lomas, the house was beautiful and had many amenities that made the stay extra special. The concierge service, Christina, was phenominal, she was responsive and helpful prior to and during the trip. We utilized the House Chef, Adriana, 5 times and the food was out of this world. All fresh and local food made from scatch. Her menu has something for everyone, and if it does not then she can tailor the meal to your needs and was able to handle allergies easily. if there was a problem with anything it was taken care of immediatetly. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in a gorgeous home with stunning views. You will need a vehicle of some sort to get to the home. It is not easy to get up the hill on foot.

Beautiful home with amazing sunset views and great location. Felt safe with 24 hour security.

Stayed 7 nights for family vacation. Amazing home with great views and location. Great beds, extremely comfortable, pool and sunning area were amazing. Only recommendation would be do scorpion sweeps daily, they didn't bother us but they seem to comr out unexpectedly.

Fantastic Property in Tamarindo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 6 days at Casa Lomas del Mar and every aspect of the experience was outstanding. I cannot thank Kate enough for her help during the booking process, and Cris and Adriana for making sure we got there and had everything we needed. The house really was amazing and we spent a majority of our time outside by the pool. I would definitely have them arrange transportation from the airport and would also get a golf cart for exploring Tamarindo. The beach is at the bottom of the hill and the sunsets are unbelievable. There are lots of places to eat in town - we really enjoyed Dragonfly. Don't hesitate - just go!
