Our host, Elsa, worked with us for months in advance to book an amazing string of activities over our 10 days. We were three generations with 16 people and everything worked flawlessly. Casa Costa Blanca - Tamarindo

Casa Costa Blanca is a spectacular property in a fantastic and convenient location - the pictures are accurate and say it all - perfect for our large family group (adults, teens and children). The staff were friendly, professional and efficient.Then there was our property manager / concierge - Elsa Verges. She is without a doubt the finest concierge with which we have ever worked. Whether it was planning an activity six months in advance or last minute - large or small - she was able to accommodate every request. If you are planning a trip to Tamarindo, selecting a property managed by Elsa will likely guarantee a great vacation.

The perfect dream stay

I can’t express enough how unbelievably incredible this stay was. The house is insanely gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. The details (concrete steps, built-in speakers, color-changing light up hot tub) made it that much more special. The house staff was incredible. One of our door hinges broke and they fixed it quickly. The house moms took all of our requests for laundry, snacks, drinks, etc. Elsa, the concierge, was able to make great accommodations including getting us house call massages and even recommended a tattoo artist. The beach was beautiful as well. The only thing I would make note of is the beach had larger pebbles in some areas and has large rock formations; still beautiful, but not the kinda place you can just walk up the shoreline. There were cool creatures like hermit crabs, regular little crabs, raccoons, lizards, and some gnats; if seeing these and having them occasionally make it inside (minus the raccoons) is too much for you, perhaps this isn’t the place for you. I loved seeing the wildlife and it made the trip that much more memorable. I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone.

We stayed at this property with my entire family. It was an amazing place with space for everyone. The photo’s on the website are good but honestly don’t do the place justice. The pool and covered area in the back are hard to get the scale from the photos. The covered patio is huge and offers a lot of shade during the day and the pool is bigger than we expected with a deep end and a lap area that was great. The property’s access to a beach that doesn’t see much activity from other people is great. The high tide comes up to the tree’s at the back of the property making it easy to enjoy the coast from the house. Elsa was great with helping us plan activities for our trip and connecting us with different vendors and chef’s. The other thing of value that we didn’t consider originally when booking was having the house moms who prepared huge breakfasts, drinks and kept the place clean and tidy. With activities planned in the mornings it was great working with them to have a later breakfast/lunch and being able to come back to the home and have a meal ready for us. We would recommend the property and would consider coming back. Additional notes below, I have more good things to say but am running out of characters.- The touch screen espresso machine was very convenient for kids and adults.- AC's work great, thermostats in each room.- Recommend bringing in a chef. We had a Chef Israel and his team prepare some meals and I would request him again if we returned.

Excellent family vacation

The property has it all. We elected the premium package and the ladies prepared a full breakfasts for 16. I'm referring to bacon, eggs, pancakes toast, fruit and juice drinks. The daily housekeeping was impeccable and having our laundry done was wonderful. The rest of the family did their own.We hired chef Loiuis to prepare outstanding dinners for the evening we arrived and a cookout on the evening before we departed. The beef cut like butter and chicken was beyond tender and tasty.Elsa, the concierge, was helpful to the maximum. She knew what was going on and was able to answer any questions we had. Elsa was friendly, professional and most pleasant.Having the Pacific about 250 feet from our back door certainly helped!This was likely our favorite family vacation to date and we've had many!

This setting makes for a dream vacation. So much so that I almost don't want to write a review and have more people want to use it and make it unavailable. The house is comfortable and beautiful. The outside grounds, pool, hot tub, kitchen, sand and setup are perfect. And, the beach is right there too.The staff and management company are all top drawer.We look forward to another magical vacation right there again.

Fantastic stay for large family gathering

Our large family group (15 in total) had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful property. The location is ideal, on the beach and within a well-run, well-maintained private community. Absolutely Incredible!

Our stay at Casa Costa Blanca was absolutely incredible! I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by our property manager during our recent group stay in Costa Rica. From the moment we inquired about booking the property to the day of our departure, Elsa our property manager went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Booking accommodations for a large group of 17 people can often be challenging, but Elsa made the process effortless. Not only did she assist with booking the property itself, but she also went the extra mile to help us arrange transportation, excursions, and dining reservations during our stay. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We spent most of our days lounging by the infinity pool, surrounded by breathtaking views of the ocean. I would highly recommend booking with this property manager to anyone planning a trip to Tamarindo, Costa Rica. A Slice of Heaven

A magical week in paradise for our extended family ages 4 to 76. We had delightful afternoons in the pool and sunset swims in the ocean. Howler monkeys, gray fox, and even Pacific green turtles and iguanas kept us company. We could not have asked for a better way to close out 2023 and start 2024. The staff was excellent in every way.

Our family of twelve (including 4 small children) had an absolute wonderful time! Location, Location, Location! This home is absolutely in the best spot. With its own beach and awesome Bocci Ball area. We were always busy enjoying the ocean, enjoying the Bocci Ball, enjoying the awesome pool or enjoying the food and beverages prepared by our wonderful staff! Everything was really accessible by golf cart! The beach club, the golf, the mountain biking. The individual suites were well appointed, and the home was just totally excellent in every way. The gated community gave our family a wonderful sense of security. Excursions? Yep! All secured by our unbelievable host, Mariam. Every family member voted this trip as the best and Costa Blanca played a very special part in it. The young kids loved collecting the Hermit Crabs and then letting them go. Everything was perfect!

Cannot say enough great things about this property

First off, the house is absolutely stunning. Plenty of space for everyone, especially outdoors. The pool was the #1 spot for everyone for sure. If we weren’t in the pool, the tidal pools were a great place to hang out for sunsets and beach time. Mariam was a fantastic host and always there when we had any questions. The housekeeping crew was constantly keeping things tidy and helped make a few breakfasts and cocktails for us. We used Flamingo foods for a majority of our breakfast lunch and dinners and they were so wonderful to have so highly recommend them! There is an identical layout of bedrooms and living space on each floor so we often hung out downstairs while they cooked upstairs. It’s only a short drive from Tamarindo which is amazing. Definitely check out Lola’s (10 minute drive) and the beach club (5 minute drive or ten minute walk) - both were quite lovely.

Wow, just wow!!

The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The gated golf community where this property is located is also beautiful and secluded so you feel safe and secure. The rooms are all gorgeous and the beds extremely comfortable. I don’t recall anyone in our group of 14 complaining about their beds or sleep. The pool is amazing with an infinity edge that overlooks the beach. The management staff at “Stay In Tamarindo” were SOOO helpful and made our stay extra special and stress free. A big shout out to Mariam who fielded a ton of questions from our group before and during our stay. I can’t say enough about this property - stop searching and just book it!

Peaceful Paradise

Our week at Casa Costa Blanca was so relaxing and peaceful! The outdoor space and pool are second to none. The sunset views from the beach are stunning. The staff takes care of all your needs. The concierge, Mariam, is so helpful and efficient in planning everything and answering all your questions. We used the airport transport service and had rental cars delivered to the house. This was very convenient and we were happy to have our own vehicle for trips to Tamarindo. We used a chef service for a few dinners which everyone enjoyed. We loved Lola’s, Pangas Beach Club, and Dragonfly for restaurants. The Beach Club on the property is very nice for lunch and swimming at the beach with availability to rent surf and boogie boards. We enjoyed zip lining, horseback riding, golf, and a sunset catamaran cruise. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. We will definitely return to this peaceful paradise!

Amazing on all fronts. One of my favorite memories of our whole trip is when we pulled up and got to explore the property our whole crew (3 families - 6 adults and 7 kids teenagers) were completely blow away. It was an incredible place to stay for our vacation. 100% recommend everything about this place!

Wonderful Week at Costa Blanca

Our family of 10, six adults and 4 kids had the best time! Very pretty, very well taken care of home with a truly amazing pool and cabana area. We were outside almost nonstop! We arranged a few excursions thru the concierge Mariam who was very helpful with planning before and then during when we needed rides, hired masseuses or had questions. We had a fishing trip, zip lining and hired a wonderful Chef and his wife Adriana to come to make dinner one night. We rented two six seater electric carts to get around to other beaches, the Beach Club ( lunch, pool, rented boogie boards) and Lola’s restaurant. The house staff was excellent. Great breakfasts and any appetizers or pico or smoothies you would want, they will make. William is the maintenance person and was around if anything needed to be fixed or worked on. Highly recommend Costa Blanca! We did not rent a car so we did need to hire a car to go into Tamarindo for groceries. It was fine, but next time we will plan our food shopping a little better. We went in three times. Auto Mercado was an excellent grocery store.
