Luxury home in popular Midtown. 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen, dining, family room and large bonus room. TVs in all rooms. Internet. Concierge service available to stock pantry and refrigerator prior to your arrival. Great house and spacing for multiple families. Great for FSU football games and only 5 miles from the stadium and minutes from campus. Full size washer dryer ironing board and iron. Kitchen stocked with all the kitchenware you will need. Bonus room great for kids with 1 king and 2 twin Frontgate air mattress on frames in addition to the 2 oversized sofas. Drink coffee on the front porch and listen to the birds. Ring doorbell located at front door with video and audio.

We had multi-generational family and friends gathered for a graduation weekend and the house worked very well for ten people. The host was very responsive and generous with access to the house. Would recommend.

Heather was very accommodating. She even had groceries delivered for us in advance. Her kitchen is well stocked and linens are high end. I would definitely stay there again. It’s a very comfortable house.

A beautiful home that fit the needs of our multigenerational family perfectly! Great communication with the hosts from the moment of booking thru checkout. Beautiful decor in convenient location. Updated kitchen and baths! Enough bathrooms- one with a tub for the little ones too. Huge dining areas, relaxing family areas and pretty landscaping. Our group of 7 adults and 3 grandchildren had a blast here while in Tallahasee for a family reunion. Hope to stay at the Trescott House again soon!

We have a big family and travel for work. This location was great, around the corner from hospitals and Whole Foods. Our kids loved the parks (within walking distance to a pond and tennis courts and playground) Heather was prompt and helpful with any of our needs. One master bedroom is located right off the kitchen. The rest of the bedrooms are on the other end of the house.

What a wonderful weekend stay at this property for FSU Football with friends. House was the perfect layout for relaxing, cooking and enjoying weekend in Tallahassee. The kitchen was stocked with all supplies and dishware and the entire place with super clean and spacious. I wish we had more time to enjoy the back patio and game room. We did enjoy coffee on the front porch both mornings. The location was perfect and close to quick runs to stores. And neighborhood quiet, safe and homey. I would recommend this property for families with children or a few adult couples looking to get away to Tallahassee. We will definelty be back again! Thank you!

Staying at his property was great experience overall. We had a little miscommunication The night before checking out. The manager believe that we were having a party due to our luxury RV being outside when we took our stuff off the RV. There’s no space to park the RV at the property so we found a place on the first day out of the three days that we were staying to park it legally. When they saw us deboarding from the luxury RV they believe that we’re having a party and threaten to call the police . The next day they apologize and things were easily resolved. I would definitely stay again this time without the Luxury 40 foot RV.

The house is spectacular! The hosts could not have been more accommodating and had ample communication leading up to the stay which made check in and the stay a breeze. It is located in such a lovely neighborhood in midtown close to restaurants, as well as close to campus for games. They were able to accommodate 16 of us and everyone kept commenting on how great and spacious the place is. The welcome basket was such a cute and thoughtful gesture as well! Would definitely stay here again!

I would like to thank Heather and Jason for their exceptional service, my family and I had to attend a funeral and need a place to stay that would feel like home and not a hotel and they have the perfect place. This team is so helpful and attentive, they respond to all questions quickly regarding the property and helping with try to find a venue for the repast, I truly enjoyed your home, I wished it was for different circumstances, we have family here in Tallahassee and when we come to visit this property will be our first choice if available Thank Y'all so much.

My extended family and I booked this home at the last minute after we received news of the unexpected passing of my stepdad. Our crew drove 12-15 hours overnight from Austin to Houston. Everything was happening so fast and I was in a fog. Upon arrival though, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. We had a space where everything was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It was OK to be in a fog and OK to take time to grieve because the property had everything we needed and more. It was amazing to not have any additional stressors while we were in town for the week. This place is perfect for a large family or a group of friends to gather and spend quality time together. Thank you Heather & Jason for being such responsive, kind, and wonderful hosts during our stay! I look forward to visiting again during happier times with my family.

This beautiful high end home lies in the heart of Tallahassee. It is conveniently located. The decor is lovely and the layout perfect. The owner is extremely thoughtful and responsive. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay in this wonderful home again for all our future trips to Tallahassee!

We came into town for a funeral. This house put us all at ease immediately. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Every time we reached for something in the kitchen and thought, well, it's a rental, they may not have XYZ - they did! It was wonderful! Thank you.

Our family enjoyed this property so much, especially the huge table, front porch, and classic, uncluttered decor. The beds are big and comfortable and the fact that the hallway bathroom has a shower (in addition to the two master suites) made it comfortable for the folks staying in the nonmaster bedrooms. Parking is a little tricky, but the overall experience was great!
