The stay itself was decent, the bathroom however was not great. There were stains and streaks of mold. Worst of all, the shower door was not able to fully close, causing water to spray everywhere outside of the stall. This took away a star. Then there's the next part, which was how dishonest this hotel was. When I first booked the stay, I was told I have 24 hours to cancel and still be refunded the full amount. It just so happens that I had to cancel so I can add an additional day to my stay. Then for the next 5 days that I haven't received the refund, I thought it was just a processing delay from the hotel but then more than a week passed and I still haven't received it. So I called Expedia and turns out the hotel was withholding the refund from me for some unknown reason. After some investigation, it was confirmed that I did cancel the order well within the 24 hour period so a full refund was issued through Expedia. For a hotel to do this to their customers is just UNACCEPTABLE so for this, I took off two stars. If you're looking to book a stay at this hotel, do keep this in mind and don't just assume the refund will be processed automatically. Best to always contact Expedia as they will be the ones to back you on their promises.
