"Clean and tidy room. WiFi connection is stable. You need to ring the service desk for most of the services but the staff response quick. You have to visit the front desk for water or laundry. Convenience store is two minutes walk from the building and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. It is also very close to metro station and the underground shopping area."

"The room was comfortable. Linen and towels in good condition. Kind Staff The only thing that really made me uncomfortable was the fact that they charged my credit card for the deposit, 1 week BEFORE my check in at the hotel It’s the first time this ever happens to me and I don’t understand why Hotels.com allow the to do so. The hotel didn’t have my credit card info, but hotels.como did So… both companies are responsible for this "
