The Space:

El Mirador Mesa del Mar offers a comfortable and welcoming space for 2 guests. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, one private bathroom, a pleasant living area and an equipped kitchen with the essentials needed during your stay.



Its main highlight is the spacious private terrace with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the coastline of Mesa del Mar. It is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax in the sea breeze or simply sit and admire the landscape.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and its private terrace. The accommodation is not shared with other guests. Before arrival, we will send all the necessary information and instructions for accessing the property.



The Neighborhood:

Mesa del Mar is a peaceful coastal area in northern Tenerife, known for its volcanic landscape, natural swimming pools and impressive ocean views. Playa de La Arena and the bathing areas are located nearby, making the neighbourhood ideal for enjoying the sea and relaxing in a quieter setting.



Guests can also discover the nearby fishing village of El Pris, the centre of Tacoronte, traditional Canarian restaurants, local wineries and other charming places along the northern coast.



Getting Around:

Playa de La Arena, the natural swimming pools and the nearby coastal areas can be reached on foot from the apartment. The accommodation does not include private parking, but free public street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to availability.



A car is recommended for visiting Tacoronte, La Laguna and other places in northern Tenerife. The road leading down to Mesa del Mar has several curves, so we recommend driving carefully, especially at night.



Other Things to Note:

The building does not have a swimming pool. The nearby natural swimming pools and bathing areas are public 🌊, and access may occasionally depend on sea and weather conditions. Please follow the local signage and any instructions provided by lifeguards or local authorities before swimming.

The accommodation does not have a private parking space 🚗. There is a public parking area nearby, as well as public street parking in the surrounding area.

All parking is public and subject to availability. Parking spaces are not managed by REVIVA Canarias and cannot be reserved, held or guaranteed for guests.

Availability may vary depending on the time of day, weekends, public holidays and periods of higher occupancy, so we recommend allowing some extra time to find a space.

Please respect the local parking signs and avoid blocking garages, entrances or reserved areas.

Please respect the tranquillity of the neighbours, particularly at night, and take care of the building’s communal areas. Parties and events are not permitted 😊.
