We were in town visiting family. 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths was perfect for the family! This was the nicest place! It was clean and comfortable. The owner thought of the smallest details, which made our stay great! The location was close to the Hwy, making easier to get around. When I'm back for another visit, I will definitely see if this is available as my 1st choice!

We stayed at 255 for 4 days and the house feels very homey, the rooms are nice and clean and we loved the access to the car garage. Location its nice 15 minutes from the Tacoma Art Museum, Car Museum and the Museum of Glass. Julie, the host was great. 100% Recommend this place.

I had to go to WA for a funeral and having a nice comfortable house to go to each night. It’s was in close proximity of everything. Nice & quiet, would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie's place. The place was new, clean, welcoming, and we overall enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups with the fire alarms going off, but thankfully she had replacement units. Beds were very comfortable, and not cheap foam mattresses like a lot of rentals have. We rented Julie's place quite in advance of our stay and she was great about keeping in communication with us as well. The unit also had all the kitchen supplies you need and snacks as well :). One of the best rental units we've stayed in.

The house was recently built and it is very clean and comfortable. The home owners provided everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and even had snacks and toiletry items. We were very comfortable there!

We stayed at this property while visiting my daughter who lives in Tacoma and is stationed at the Base. I stayed there with two adult children so appreciated the queen beds in each bedroom. The townhouse was very clean and well organized; kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, towels and linens were all clean. The owner had snacks available for us and a lovely sparkling apple juice in the fridge waiting for us. A Keurig coffee maker is provided and there was plenty of coffee and tea for us to use. Added bonus is there is a garage for one car. There is also a grill and an outside sitting area which, given the time of year, we did not use. The ad mentions there is parking for two cars and we found that to be true, we kept one in the garage and one in front of the garage. There is no street parking in front of the unit. The unit is very convenient in terms of food shopping and access to the highway is just a few miles away, it is about a block from Pacific Avenue which is a busy commercial street. You can walk to some restaurants and coffee places. I want to thank the owners for making our stay over the holidays feel so welcoming. Knowing we were coming in for the holidays, we were pleasantly surprised to find some holiday decorations. Thank you.

So many “extras” were considered when this rental home was set up, appreciate how well the kitchen was stocked with tools, mixing bowls, etc. Comfortable bedding. Owner very quick to respond!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was super easy. The house is very neat and clean. There were extra goodies like coffee pods, tea, snacks and toiletries that were a nice added touch. The property was a good central location between the LeMay Car Museum and the fairgrounds in Puyallup where we went to a fantastic car show. We sat on the back porch to drink our morning coffee and tea while being entertained by a couple of squirrels.

My daughter and I came to Washington to visit my son who is stationed at JBLM. We really enjoyed ourselves and since this place offered three bedrooms, it was perfect for the three of us it was also convenient to everything we did since it was pretty much centrally located. The place is adorable and super clean although we did not eat in very much it does come with everything you need to cook. I would definitely stay here again the only thing we were not used to is air-conditioning in the bedrooms, but we slept with the windows open. There is AC downstairs that works really well.

We had an amazing stay at your property. The property was extremely comfortable and well maintained. The property appears as advertised in the listing. We were so impressed with your thoughtfulness of providing small details and essentials if needed. It's the small things that make a big difference.
