The home was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed and more! It was conveniently located close to several restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walgreens. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! The host was quick to respond to any questions and gave us clear instructions. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit Tacoma!

This place is exactly as you see in the pics - Everything is spot on. As we are gluten free we prepare 99% of what we eat - and it was so wonderful that the kitchen was very well equipped with top line pots pans utensils, appliances.The only thing I'm annoyed about is that I found the recliner button on the lounge chair THE LAST NIGHT before we were leaving - I'd only found the head rest button earlier, which didn't make sense at all...until days later when I accidentally discovered the other other button - That's some chair! We'll have to come back to enjoy that perk - REMEMBER; TWO side by side buttons ! lol10/10

The reviews are pretty much spot on. Clean updated townhouse with a well stocked kitchen and an exceptionally responsive owner. It was exactly as expected. An item to note. One of the earlier reviews said the upstairs was hot due to no AC. This is no longer the case as the owner has added an AC unit upstairs. We were there during a heat advisory period and were very comfortable.

I cannot speak highly enough about this VRBO. I highly recommend it to anyone in this area. Having a garage to park the car is a great bonus.

This was the most thoughtfully prepared property I've experienced on any platform. The attention to detail for the renter's needs is outstanding, the place was impeccably clean, and the owner was perfectly communicative. Great stay!
