"Frühstück war richtig gut. Viel Auswahl und sehr lecker. Zimmer war groß für eine Familie (2-erwachsene und 10-J/6-J). Es gab ein verstecktes "Kinderzimmer". Das war sehr cool. Es gab eine kleine Küche aber keine Bestecke, Teller usw. Man könnte nicht mal Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten. Das Pool war leider nicht beheizt und sehr kalt, schade. Das Hotel war sauber. Für Parkplätze muss man zahlen. Das finde ich bei so einem Hotel, das nicht im Stadtzentrum liegt, zu viel. Das Personal war sehr nett,...

"Room and property were immaculately clean and looked brand new. Very modern. Sky bar was great for a cocktail. Front desk very nice. Short 10-15 min drive to city center."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here."

"Every nook and cranny was clean & orderly. The staff are kindest, people on the planet, seriously! I would work for them! Parking was easy, though I was not her during peak season though plenty of parking close by. The spa is lovely, wish I could have stayed longer. Lots to do in the area, it was nice to visit city stuff during the day and come back to a quiet place at night."

"I would stay at this hotel over any other in Salzburg. It is part of the history of the city with an unbeatable old city location. Our view included a cobblestone street, Cathedral and the castle. The breakfast was excellent, also with beautiful views of the river. My only complaint was the man checking us in was rude. He asked for our passports and when we gave them he tossed them back and said “open to photo!” Not a big deal. Everyone else was friendly."

"Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit leckerem Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und neu renoviert. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr erholsam. Toller Indoor Pool und der Whirlpool draußen ist fantastisch. Das Essen in beiden Restaurants ist hervorragend nur die Weinauswahl ist viel zu teuer. Die Indoor Golfanlage konnte leider nicht benutzt werden weil der Mitarbeiter im Urlaub war und das restliche Personal nicht eingewiesen wurde das war sehr schade. Blick vom Balkon...

"I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side. The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time.
