"Staffs are nice and very helpful, they let us check in before 3 pm and let us stayed after 11am.We arrived at the hotel around 10:30am on a red eye flight and we needed to rest and sleep and they were very accommodating, and didn’t hesitate to offer our room earlier without having to pay extra!!!A free shuttle saved us a lot and a free warm breakfast made our stay at this hotel comfortably. We won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NY!!"

"Hôtel très bien placé juste à côté du métro et à 20 min de Manathan. Personnel sympathique et serviable"

"First let me say I understand when a place is doing renovations but this place was the worse! The room looked like it had mold on the ceiling The refrigerator was so small but it didn’t keep anything cold. And after 10pm it was so much traffic in the hallways you thought you were at the bus station and on top of that the hallway smelled like weed the whole time I stayed! "I enjoy every moment of my time spent there"

"First thing you notice when you come in is the smell of cigarettes and weed. Worse place to book"

"Great stay"

"Staff was great. Room wasn’t impressive."

"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good."

"It's great for a short stay"

"Beautiful modern chic"

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"
