From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. "Eine sehr einfache 1-Zimmerwohnung mit einem Etagaenbett (also 2 Betten). Einie Dinge waren defekt, die sehr einfach zu reparieren wären: Stuhl, Duschschlauch, Vorhänge. Die Küche ist zweckmässig, aber es gibt ausser etwas Besteck und Geschirr nichts. Kein Lappen oder Tücher, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Bettwäsche (Kann man mieten). Der Wasserkocher gehört in den Müll."
