We spent a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Sebastian's house. The lush garden and double swimming pool provide refreshment on hot days. The spacious terrace, equipped with a sofa and very comfortable and stylish armchairs, made us never want to leave. The location of Villa AnnaStella is a good base for trips to Noto, Marzamemi, and of course, Syracuse, which are a 15-minute drive away. Stefano is very friendly and hospitable. He prepared a welcome basket of treats for us, and the fridge was stocked with not only water but also wine and milk. The house is equipped with everything you need, including kitchenware, tableware, towels, and and huge amount of pillows. Comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and one of the bathrooms is outside. It's a good idea if you don't want to rinse off after a dip in the pool. I highly recommend this place.

Het inchecken ging heel soepel danzij de uitstekende communicatie met de host! Sebastian reageert heel snel op berichten en is heel behulpzaam. Het huis heeft een prachtige tuin met heerlijk zwembad (incl kinderbad). De keuken is klein, maar wel voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De badkamer is ook vrij klein, maar voor 4 personen net groot genoeg. Op ca 15 min rijden een prachtig strand met kristalhelder water bij Arenella. En Siracusa met Ortigia is ook een erg leuke stad. Al met al een heerlijk huis waar je echt kunt onthaasten en relaxen en met interessante plaatsen in de buurt. Echt een aanrader!!

The accommodation is highly recommended. The owner provided a lot of helpful information before our arrival (details of how to get there, restaurants and shopping facilities, ...) Communication was absolutely smooth. If we had any problems or needed support, the owner was on site very quickly to resolve them. All in all, we had a very nice vacation near Siracusa. Perfect holiday home

The villa has everything, but really everything that you can possibly need during your holiday. Sebastian is the perfect host, makes sure that everything is OK and answers all your questions in a second! You get a full basket with bread, milk, wine, spread, water and much more... when you arrive. For the rest is the villa super compleet and you are free to use everything available. The location is very quiet and peacefull but in 15 min you are in Ortigia with its lovely atmosphere, restaurants and bars. There are also some restaurants and nice beaches just down the road. Thanks a lot Sebastian for giving our family a wonderfull Sicilian experience and for your exceptional hospitality..Huggs from Belgium

La villetta è situata in un punto molto strategico dove si può visitare città , spiagge e calette molto belle . Casa fornita di tutto ma proprio tutto ! Piscina e giardino fantastici . Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo. Poi c’è il proprietario Sebastian che rende tutto semplice e ti fa sentire importante , pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa. Auto obbligatoria

La nostra estate

Cosa dire.... il proprietario sebastian, una persona splendida disponibile e professionale. Ci ha accolto nella sua splendida villa con una splendida piscina un rilassante esterno pieno di tutti i confort curati nei minimi dettagli..come altrettanto l'interno della villa dove ci ha fatto trovare anche un caloroso e carinissimo kit di benvenuto. La villa si trova in un posto strategico ,visto che dista a solo 20 minuti da ortigia e a 5 minuti da tantissime spiaggie e calette tutte da visitare. Consigliatissima a tutti e per tutti i tipi di vacanza... ci ritorneremo presto volentieri

Incredible place to relax

Within a 30 Minute walk (or <5 Min car drive) you can visit a beach - that we preferred to many others in the surroundings (been there 4/13 days). That beach also has lots of ruined houses to explore. Very quiet during the week.

A perfect getaway in a perfect villa ❤️

We have just returned from a glorious 11 day stay at Seb’s villa which was cosy and comfortable. Seb has thoughtfully provided everything you would need as guests. From an abundant welcome basket filled with pasta, bread, local snacks etc, to lilos in the pool, wine in the fridge and much more. Seb met us at the villa when we arrived and throughout our stay, he was always quick to respond to queries and gave us many good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. His eagerness to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves, together with his many excellent recommendations, made our first ever visit to Sicily even more special. The location of the villa is 15-20mins by car to the main areas of Ortigia and Siracusa (good supermarkets, vibrant local street mkt in Ortigia and great restaurants, gelato/granita!). The motorway is easily accessible for trips to towns like Taormina, Modica, Ragusa and Noto. The villa is secluded enough to feel like you’re in your own quiet private space, and a joy to return to, and jump into the pool or relax, after a busy day sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area by the pool The outdoor dining area was well thought out and the fully equipped kitchen made it a joy to prepare home cooked meals on days when we just wanted to relax at home. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone and would happily return again. I’m afraid that Seb has spoilt us for future villa stays elsewhere!

Just returned from a very relaxing stay at the villa. The house is is a wonderful tradition property with a beautiful garden, veranda and pool and very nice outside eating area. The setting is rural, very peaceful and tranquil. There are plenty of amenities within a 15-20minute drive and some lovely beaches close by. Seb was an excellent host making you feel welcome from the moment that you book, to a warm meeting on our arrival. The gift basket he left with some wonderful local produce was a very nice extra. Its clear that its important to Seb that his guests enjoy their stay and he is on hand for any questions or problems. For a relaxing trip to a lovely part of Sicily I would certainly recommend this villa.

(in fact 2 pools),the privacy offered by fenced garden. this time we were with friends,next time we will bring the family. Wohlfühl-Level 10

Wir suchen immer nach Unterkünften mit einem gewissen Flair und haben dies hier gefunden. Das Haus ist irgendwie "muckelig", der Garten schön angelegt und mit dem Pool zusammen ... einfach toll! Auf der Terasse gibt es verschiedene Plätze zum Entspannen. Da ist für jeden der richtige Wohlfühl-Ort dabei. Wir haben die Villa mit Pool in vollen Zügen genossen! Sebastian ist ein äußerst aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Schon der Kontakt im Voraus war sehr kommunikativ. Bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich dann richtig willkommen. Wir wurden erwartet und Sebastian hatte großzügig eingekauft, damit man nicht gleich dem Versorgungsstress ausgesetzt ist. Im Willkommenspaket waren hier beispielsweise auch Kaffee, Nudeln, verschiedene Getränke inklusive Limoncello, Eis etc. Außergewöhnlich! In diesem Umfang haben wir das noch nie erlebt. Fazit: ein gelungener Aufenthalt, der unsere abwechslungsreiche Woche sehr angenehm gestaltet hat.

Magical stay

Staying at AnnaStella was a wonderful experience. The villa was incredibly well equipped, clean, comfortable and a really relaxing and peaceful place to stay. The pool was great and Seb was a generous and welcoming host. The location was quiet and in easy reach of amazing beaches, historical sites and Ortigia/Syracuse. You do need a car as there's nothing within walking distance but don't let that put you off an experience that shouldn't be missed.

First time visit to Sicily

I have never stayed I such a well equipped house! It has everything from large TVs to pool inflatables - both of which my children loved. This is a great holiday home for kids and adults alike with lots of outdoor space and seating and an excellent pool with its own cleaning robot. We made good use of the kitchen and barbeque and really enjoyed all the personal touches with lots of Sicilian art work and pottery. We had a lovely time and Seb is a very welcoming host.

Magnifique villa au calme

We were welcomed by Sébastien in his beautiful Villa where we spent 2 magnificent weeks. Just a few minutes from the beaches, Villa Anna Stella is situated in a very quiet and relaxing location, 5 minutes from the essential shops and in front Cyracusa. The villa has absolutely every amenity required for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Sebastian is a remarkably attentive host. Everything was arranged so that when we arrived, all we had to do was think about taking a refreshing dip in the pool. When we arrived, everything we needed for breakfast, lunch/dinner with local sweet and savoury products, wine and even a snack for the children was provided! He gave us all the addresses and links to local amenities and recommended restaurants and bars beforehand. Sebastian also put us in touch with a local guide for ETNA and Syracuse by the Sea, both of which were memorable. Very available, he was always there when we needed him! We are very grateful for his kindness, dedication and humanity, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you Sebastian!

A little paradise at Sicily with an amazing, lovely host

Villa Anna Stella is an absolute paradise very close to Syracuse/Ortigia. After 15 minutes by car you the reach hundreds of restaurants and bars. There are also 3 min away 5 great restaurants. The villa itself has an incredibly beautiful outdoor area with a very large pool (small pool and large pool) for PRIVATE use. From outside you cannot see inside the villa. Outside the house there is lounge furniture that is very comfortable. in front of the kitchen outside there is a huge table, nice in white color/great table decoration. In the rear area is a grill station. In the evening you have everywhere lights, the pool, the garden and small lights all around the dining area. In the house there are 2 bedrooms, incredibly comfortable and again furnished with a lot of love. Both have air condition. In the house there is 1 bathroom, behind the house there is another toilet and shower. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. Wonderful :) The property is completely fenced, there is a gate you can close. You can park inside the property. Finally and most important the host Sebastian. We have never met such a friendly great person. Sebastian is really wonderful, incredibly friendly helped us with any questions and it was great to talk to him when he came over to tend the property the property from time to time during our 4 weeks stay.We will come as it was an absolute paradise for us. Character property

Sebastian our host was so lovely. Check in was directly with him and we did keep him waiting but he was so patient. His home is beautiful full of rustic charm. Beds were super comfy, blinds at windows for security and to aid sleep. Kitchen compact. Secluded location off the beaten track but if you want an away from it all holiday in the peace and quiet this property definitely fits the brief. Sebastian thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Best host I’ve ever experienced. Car is essential. Restaurants are plentiful but they are mainly in Siracusa which is a good 15-20 mins away.

Fantastic for rest & relaxation, with an Amazing Host

Friends and I have just returned from the most wonderful week staying at AnnaStella Villa near Syracuse. It is crucial to mention first, YOU NEED TO HIRE A CAR. The Villa has a wonderful location in a rural area completely undisturbed. It is only minutes away from essentials, like a restaurant, boat hire, food shops etc but you definitely need a car to get there. That said, if you want rest and relaxation, the Villa is terrific. The host has gone above and beyond to supply everything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils, to pool lilo and beach towels. There is a warm and homely feel and the gardens and outside space are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for our host Sebastian and he was always on hand to instantly answer questions or help in any way. This makes a huge difference and is a rare find in my experience! He works hard to ensure visitors have a pleasant stay and it is much appreciated. A short drive away are some wonderful places to visit, Arenella beach, other Lidos (where you pay a small fee for facilities like sun loungers, bar, toilets etc) and of course beautiful Ortigia - we went during the day and for an evening. Both are worth doing. The food is wonderful - I’ve never had such fantastic steak! The kitchen at AnnaStella has everything you could want to prepare meals “at home”. Overall a wonderful place, with a wonderful host. Top marks Sebastian- thank you 🙏 Vanessa and friends

bellissima vacanza nel siracusano

Mi chiamo Geri ho affittato la villa dal 21/agosto al 4 Settembre.La casa è bella specialmente il portico, la piscina e il giardino , ma tutta la casa e funzionale pulita e c’è tutto quello che serve; dalle tv aria condizionata nelle camere , due bagni uno esterno e uno interno .accessori cucina piatti e bicchieri in abbondanza un frigo enorme tutto più che sufficiente . Ma il vero punto di forza e la posizione a isola da cui si può andare a Siracusa in 10 minuti in macchina , noi siamo stati molto spesso ( ci siamo innamorati di ortigia) , è vicino a numerose spiagge sabbiose è tantissime calette di scoglio , la strada che percorre il plemmirio ha 30 accessi al mare , volevamo girare tanto di più ma la bellezza del posto ci ha “costretti” a restare sempre in zona . per chi ha voglia di girare si può raggiungere agevolmente tantissimi posti . poi per ultimo ma non meno importante l Host Sebastian una persona così gentile e premurosa che andrebbe clonato ….lui e lo sponsor della Sicilia quella bella di gente che ha voglia di fare ;ospitalità vera una gentilezza incredibile sempre disponibile ,ma mai invadente , a noi ha dato dritte su tutto quello che ci serviva . Un grazie enorme a te per averci affittato una casa con un atmosfera familiare , dovevci siamo sentiti subito a casa , con un aria positiva che ci ha fatto trascorrere una vacanza bellissima ! un bacio Geri Barbara e Matteo

Absolutely fantastic. It was very beautiful holiday and our host Sebastian was exceptional

This was by far a different holiday for us due to Covid restrictions, isolation policies and travel restrictions. However: it did not stop us! We cannot thank our host Sebastian enough for all his help in making this holiday a wonderful experience. Seb helped to sort our release from isolation as well as our fit to fly certificates. Seb also sent us restaurant, beach and supermarket recommendations. He was on hand 24/7 to assist us with anything we needed. He absolutely went well above and beyond to be honest- got us all what we needed for our 5 day isolation period on arrival without hesitation of food and drink plus fruits and snacks. Always available if we had any questions or concerns. A genuine, lovely man who couldn’t do enough for us. We loved staying in his home and felt like we’d known him all our life. It was sad to leave the villa and say goodbye. Sebastian made our holiday and we would thoroughly recommend staying in his villa. Handshakes and hugs when we left - he is a very special person in our lives now and Sebastian won’t be forgotten.

Calme et reposant

Une belle maison pour les vacances. La piscine est top et permet de se rafraîchir. Situation magnifique face à Syracuse avec de nombreux restaurants proches. Sébastien est disponible, attentionné et accueillant. Un très bel emplacement pour découvrir la Sicile.

Heerlijke woning in een zeer fijne omgeving!

Reisgezelschap 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen Duur verblijf: 10 nachten De Host Sebastian heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. In aanloop naar onze vakantie was er al een fijn contact. Sebastian stond klaar toen wij aankwamen en heeft ons de woning laten zien. Een man die er alles aan doet om het verblijf prettig voor je te maken. Het contact verliep in voornamelijk via WhatsApp. Je hoeft het maar te vragen en Sebastian helpt. Werkelijk een zeer gastvrije en warme persoonlijkheid. Bij onze aankomst stond er een zeer groot welkomst pakket klaar: pasta, pastasaus, koekjes, melk, wijn, water. Een warm welkom! De Woning De woning is gelegen op een eigen stuk grond. Buiten is het gezellig en leefbaar ingericht. Aan de voorzijde van de woning is een veranda voorzien van stoelen en een bank. Heerlijk vertoeven als je van het strand af komt. Het zwembad loopt in een knik vanaf de voorzijde naar de zijlijnen. Een heel fijn zwembad waar veel gebruik van gemaakt is. Aan de keukenzijde is een overkapping met daarin een tafel voorzien van 8 stoelen. Hier kan heerlijk worden ontbeten en desnoods het avondeten worden genuttigd. De binnenzijde van de woning is voorzien van alles wat je graag wilt: - Een (kleine) keuken met oven, gasfornuis en flinke koelkast (geen vaatwasser) - De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat je kan bedenken - Woonkamer met grote bank en televisie - 2 grotere slaapkamers voorzien van airconditioning - 1 kleine slaapkamer met stapelbed (is een krappe kamer) - Badkamer met douche, bidet, toilet en wastafel De tweede toilet en douche is buiten de woning. Aan de zijzijde van de woning is een klein hokje voorzien van toilet en douche. Was even wennen toen we aankwamen maar geen probleem tijdens ons verblijf. Het weer was perfect waardoor er met het handdoekje om van binnen naar buiten gelopen kon worden. De woning was zeer schoon en er zijn voldoende handdoeken en beddengoed. Omgeving Het is een toffe omgeving om te ontdekken. Siracusa en Otrtigia liggen op 20 minuten rijden. Hierbij is Ortigia een aanrader. Veel eetgelegenheden, mooie gebouwen en super leuke en schattige straatjes. Noto ligt op 35 minuten rijden. Een aanrader voor een leuke middag wandelen met lekker eten in de avond. Marzamemi is wat verder maar ook een aanrader. Er zijn diverse mooie en lekkere stranden in de omgeving te vinden.
