The villa is located on the sea in a seaside resort (Fontane Bianche), about 15 km from Syracuse. Provided with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, ADSL wifi and parabola (on sky card required).

A few meters away are: a bus stop with bus shelter linking Fontane Bianche and Syracuse every 30 minutes and a train station with a train that links with Siracusa, Noto and Pachino.

Bello spazio esterno

Molto bello e fruibile lo spazio esterno. Da migliorare le condizioni generali di pulizia dell'alloggio, niente in particolare, ma arrivare ad agosto e trovare gli armadi che hanno ancora "l'odore" di chiuso non è il massimo. Da migliorare anche la dotazione della cucina, che in generale andrebbe un pò rivista. Molto disponibili e cordiali i proprietari che ci hanno accolto con calore. Una buona casa che con qualche accorgimento può diventare veramente bella.

Vivibili gli spazi esterni...pessima la manutenzione generale della casa

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 adulti per una settimana a luglio, aprendo, ahi... noi, la stagione di affittano. Ci siamo quindi ritrovati con il collegamento Internet funzionante solo da lunedì (dopo l'intervento del tecnico) ma noi siamo entrati giovedì precedente. Inoltre nella doccia esterna abbiamo goduto delll'acqua calda solo il mercoledì prima della partenza...in quanto è dovuto intervenire l'idraulico. Mio marito ha disintasato lo scarico della doccia interna da grumi di capelli e aperto la pila per togliere altre amenità per far scorrere l'acqua. Anche le pentole in dotazione, tutte antiaderenti, erano così graffiate da renderle inutillizzabili e in questo caso, la sostituzione è avvenenuta il sabato... Di sicuro non ci tornerò, i proprietari non controllano adeguatamente la casa prima di affidarla e sono piuttosto lenti nel far fronte ai vari disservizi, che, con un'accorta manutenzione iniziale avrebbe messo in evidenza

Grüne Oase in typisch Sizilianischem Ambiente. Erholsamer Sommerurlaub bei fast 40 Grad😉

Alles in allem war es eine schöne Unterkunft in einem typisch Sizilianischen Haus, umringt von einem schönen grünen Garten. Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich, das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber als 4 köpfige Familie kann man dort gut unterkommen. Man darf keinen deutschen Standart erwarten. Man ist auf einer Insel. Was nicht so schön war, dass die Besitzer ihre privaten Kosmetikartikel und Lebensmittel in den schränken hatten. So blieb nicht viel Platz für unsere Sachen. Das Sky Fernsehen bezieht sich nur auf Italienisches Fernsehen. Aber sie waren sehr freundlich und haben auf Mängel schnell reagiert. Zum Abschied hab es noch eine Ladestypische Kuchenspezialität. Sehr lecker 😋. Forte Bianche selbst ist ein schöner Bade- & Urlaubsort. Man kann von dort aus gut die Insel erkunden.

Ottima piccola casa con un proprietario meraviglio

Abbiamo trascorso due mesi in questa casa e esplorato Sicilia. Tutto il necessario è stato fornito. Altamente raccomandato. The owner made renting this house so easy that part of me wondered what we would find. When we arrived at the house my first reaction was, "This can't be the house. It's too nice for how little we paid". The owner met us at the house when we arrived. He spoke some English, so our basic Italian was enough. The garden is nicely landscaped and the house is small but nicely and completely appointed. Our group rented three houses in March and April. This was the only one that had no surprises. Everything we needed was provided -- hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, bath towels, paper towels, trash bags, the owner thought of everything. Even a hair dryer, perfume, and insect repellant. The owner was so kind to us and treated us like family, helping answer every concern, bringing us a bag of local oranges, recommeing places to see and eat, and making sure we had what we needed. I had to work on-line and the Internet was sporadic at first. The owner called the telecom and even had them install upgraded equipment at his expense. I have often had Internet issues at hotels and houses and usually people just shrug their shoulders, but this man really cared. I learnt that Sicily generally does not have good Internet because it is mostly wireless backhaul, but this house now has the most reliable and fastest Internet of any place we visited during our stay. So if you need to work on-line while there then this is the house you want to rent. Patio furniture was high-quality metal, not plastic like some places. The TVs were modest, but who goes to Sicily to watch TV? I came here to enjoy the climate and food. He gave us some water and local oranges when we arrived and even provided an electric espresso machine -- nobody else gives you more than a stop-top pot, which is fine, but I was able to have a capuccino each morning! :-) I was able to sit in the yard and work on my computer while listening to a variety of bird songs which we never hear in Canada. It was so peaceful, a little bit of paradise that was hard to leave at the end of April. Beds were all comfortable, which you don't always find in Italy. Even the sofa-bed was comfortable. We look forward to returning and renting this house. I highly recommend this rental. Grazie tante, Gabriele.
