Delightful decorated apartment

Delightful apartment newly decorated down from the Piazza Duomo. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, we rented the entire unit for 3 nights . A great place to choose as your base and do day trips from. Emelia was a great host. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

Exceeded All Expectations

This property has it all: great location; recent remodel; fantastic host; reasonable rental price; and incredibly clean. I can’t emphasize enough the wonderful communications we had with our host, Emilia. She was prompt in responding to requests and very helpful in recommending restaurants, taxis, etc. Also, to be clear, the space is really two distinct areas. If you go right through the front door, there is a full kitchen, sitting area with TV, full bedroom with a loft, and full bath. If you turn left through the front door, there is an almost full kitchen, sitting area with TV, full bedroom and full bath. This is a great property for two couples given this layout. Overall, we highly recommend the property.

Perfect location and rental experience

Our family of two adults and four children ages 12, 10, 7, and 7 stayed last week. The unit is beautifully appointed and in a perfect location just steps from the Piazza Duomo. Emilia was friendly and generous with her time to help us park our van in a nearby garage. Perfect experience. Thank you Emilia

What a lovely stay!

We enjoyed every single moment of our trip in Ortygia and this was the best accommodation we could choose! Bright and spacious apartment, super clean, very classy but still comfortable and cosy; full of accessories (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, large TV, well functioning Wi-Fi which was very helpful). Since the building is located in the very heart of the town centre, we were able to easily walk everywhere and discover all the breathtaking spots of the island, starting with the cathedral that we could see from our window. Our host Emilia was very helpful through the whole process, helping us with our trip planning and again when we checked in. Her recommendations were totally on point, she gave us so many useful tips about restaurants, museums, boat trips and answered to all the questions we had about the surroundings. Siracusa is an amazing place to visit, and we couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. Grazie!
