The very beach-central holiday flats are in a prime location, approx. 50 metres from the side beach crossing in the area south of the Hotel Miramar. The main beach crossing Friedrichstraße in the area north of the Hotel Miramar is about 100 metres away. The house at Marienstraße 4 is behind the Hotel Miramar in the second or third row of the beach, depending on your point of view. A few metres away is the main pedestrian zone Friedrichtstraße with its many shops and restaurants. A double bed with wardrobe has been installed and some of the electrics have been renewed. In addition, a new pantry kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher was installed.The facade of the building itself was renovated in summer 2023, including insulation.
