The Seepferdchen is a two-room apartment for two people located on the upper floor. The apartment is approximately 55 square meters in size and features a very well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave, as well as a large dining table that seats four. The separate bedroom, featuring a double bed (160x200 cm) and built-in closets, is perfect for a good night’s sleep. The spacious living room includes a beautiful seating area and a cozy nook. The adjacent bathroom with a shower and natural light rounds out this apartment. The private parking space is located directly in front of the house. The three apartments are located in a semi-detached house on a very quiet highway loop with little traffic. Our small neighborhood borders directly on the Tinnum Salzwiesen Nature Reserve and is therefore ideal for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. So nothing should stand in the way of a stroll along the surrounding fields and hiking trails, as well as to Tinnum Castle (0.5 km) or the beach (2 km). But Friedrichstrasse in the city center (2.5 km) is also just a short distance away.
