With approximately 70 m² of living space, it accommodates 2–4 people and is the ideal base for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The bright living area features a cozy sofa, a TV, and an inviting dining area. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave (please note that there is no oven). From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. A staircase leads to the converted attic, which contains another bedroom with a double bed, TV, and closet. The natural-light bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, rounding out the amenities. The country house is situated on a lovingly maintained, approximately 4,000 m² property with spacious garden grounds. Here, beach chairs, patio furniture, and sun loungers invite you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air and spend relaxing hours surrounded by nature. The quiet location in the south of Westerland combines relaxation with easy access to nearby amenities. Depending on the beach access point, the beach is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away, and the center of Westerland is about 10 to 15 minutes away. Wi-Fi and free parking round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee.
