Studio minutes from Waterfront walks, close to Pasadenas, cafes, restaurants

Stunning escape, with access to walks along Pittwater and minutes drive to the beach and headlands.

Studio has its own entrance and is very private. The space is light filled, and quiet with ensuite.

Facilities include microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and bar fridge.

Within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, canoe hire, golfing, bicycling and weekend live music venues at Pasadena and The Waterfront Cafe. Also close to most wedding venues. Short drive to Mona Vale, Warriewood, Newport, Bungan, Bilgola, Narrabeen beaches and Narrabeen lakes.

Selection of teas, coffee pod, cutlery, crockery, cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses, salad bowl, microwave containers, kitchen utensils provided.
Salt, pepper.
Some storage for clothes, shelves and limited hanging space is in the studio. Luggage rack for convenience.
Full length mirror.
Hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner are on hand.
Television, books and some games are provided.
Towels, beach towels, beach bag, picnic rug for your use.
Outdoor table and chairs set in private garden courtyard.

The studio is self contained and separate from the house there are some stairs to the entrance.
A small school is across the road which will make parking at school pick up and drop off time challenging otherwise there is adequate parking.
Please note it is our policy to do a thorough clean between guests.

100 metres walk to bus which takes you to Mona Vale and Church Point also connection to city B-line, Palm Beach and Manly.
Within easy access to most wedding venues, close to Pasadenas.

Close to all that Sydney Northern Beaches has to offer.

Bayside Bliss

This stay was all we could ask for and more. The beautifully furnished and well appointed studio, was private and quiet. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast hamper was thoughtfully put together. We will definitely come and stay again.

Home away from home!

What a very pleasant surprise when entering the studio apartment- everything had been thought of for a traveller. Immaculately presented with very welcoming decor, beautiful linen, impeccably clean. The breakfast supplies were very generous and varied. I’ve already booked in fir my next 3 business trips - look forward to extending my stay to enjoy the wonderful Pittwater!!! 10/10 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Beautiful place st stay

The property is beautiful just enough for 2 adults cozy yet refreshing place to stay everything we needed. Only a few minutes walk to a small beach and coffee shop. Beautiful and relaxing area.

Relax away break

Dorothy was very attentive, had everything organised and some very nice additional things e.g. let us know that we could book in early, let us know about items of interest/ cafes etc in the area, extra breakfast bits for the 2nd day. The place was exectly as advertised. Like much of Sydney parking in the area isn't overly plentifull. When we visit that far north again we'd definitely be up for staying there again. This is a lovely property in a lovely part of Sydney. Easy to get to all the Northern beaches have to offer. Nice walks, cafes and eating, at the doorstep and easy drive to beaches, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Dorothy is very helpful and a great host.

Wonderful ~ A beautiful stay at this gorgeous Studio

Thankyou Dorothy for all the beautiful luxuries that make staying at this property a delight. The studio feels warm and inviting, clean and well equipped. The inclusion of a picnic rug and towels were a bonus to appreciate, for a lovely afternoon by the water that is so close by. Thankyou also for the breakfast that was included and enjoyed in a sun filled courtyard. There really was so much to enjoy when staying at this Studio . Thankyou again ~

Lovely studio with some heartwarming touches

We stayed overnight on a cold Saturday night, so the studio was cosy and lovely to have the heater turned on for us prior to our arrival. The room is as per the photos, very pretty and tastefully furnished and the huge TV was an unexpected bonus (the hosts have paid attention to small details that make the guest feel well cared for). A generous breakfast basket and some after-dinner chocolates were thoughtful and delicious. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to meet our hosts as we checked in late and left early, but communication was efficient and any queries attended to promptly. The only negative was a slightly hard mattress (for me I felt a little uncomfortable while sleeping) and some noise coming from floorboards upstairs (although the studio is seperate from the main house, the noise was a gentle reminder you are a guest in a family home). Thanks Dorothy for your hospitality.
