Host was very welcoming and accommodating with an earlier arrival. Great communication. Well equipped place with a beautiful rooftop patio with unbelievable views. Yes there are hills around, we didn’t mind the exercise…but if you don’t like to walk them there is a bus route right outside the door. The ferry is down the hill a short walk. Highly recommend, would love to come back one day.

We had made a special request with the property manager and they were kind enough accommodate. The studio is about an 8 minute walk down the hill to the ferry into Circle Quay, which is a wonderful quick way to get to downtown.

Great Studio in a wonderful location! Quiet and peaceful, plenty of natural light, with amazing views from the rooftop patio. Clean and tidy with easy check-in and communication. A very enjoyable stay!

Amazing views! Great location!

Amazing views out the kitchen window onto the ocean, bays and taronga zoo. Could hear the lions roaring from the kitchen!! Great kitchen size and appliances! Perfect location. Very easy to get anywhere via uber or even the ferry. Will be staying again!

great stay!

cute little studio right in Mosman, which is a very nice suburb. Very safe area as well, as a solo female traveler I could even walk back from the wharf at night and feel safe. On that note, the wharf is only a 6-8 minute walk from the complex and takes you on a 20 minute ferry ride right to the Sydney CBD. Lots of cool little areas to explore nearby such as the Obelisk Battery and nice restaurants and shops. Very clean as well and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Love the welcome packet and information packet that is left for the guests as it makes the check in and check out process very easy and it's easy to settle in to the area having that information.

The property is a hidden gem - close to the Sydney city, walking distance to ferry for quick access to city, walking distance to Military Rd shopping, local grocery, eateries, and amazing views of Harbour Bridge, Opera House, harbor and city! Perfect New Years firework views! Area is safe, unit clean with full accommodations, A/C very comfortable and Wayne available when needed. A perfect spot!

Great Mosman spot close to ferries

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Wayne’s studio. It is close to all public transport and a great way to base yourself when Sydney. The apartment has everything you need for your stay in the kitchen is very well equipped.

Grossartiger Blick vom Hausdach

Etwas ausserhalb im Norden von Sydney gelegen, gute Anbindung - die Strasse runter ist auch gleich ein Fährstation, der Bus fährt, Parkplatz vorhanden ... das Apartment selbst ist sauber und ordentlich, für ein paar Tage auch von der Grösse für 2 gut machbar. Hi und da sollte ein bisschen was gemacht werden (Türschränke in der Küche, Fliegengitter), aber alles in allem ein Ort, den man empfehlen kann. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Opernhaus und die Brücke haben uns in der Silvesternacht vollends überzeugt. Danke an Wayne und die Mitbewohner für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wayne was able to promptly help us with a couple of things that needed attending to. But we enjoyed the stay in this neat studio on the 6th floor. There is an elevator and good security. Amazing view from the rooftop too. Very hilly for walking, but a beautiful area.

70s/80s highrise apartment in nice, quiet area.

Nice area. 70s or 80s style apartment has been renovated, but finish could be better - there are a few loose ends which need tidying up. Very quiet, and all necessary amenities in the room. Could do with a little more light. Opening the hinged shutters made a difference, but involved a little rearranging of the furniture. A little more local information in the Welcome folder would be useful eg links to bus and ferry timetables, and local places of interest.
