Party and event are not allowed,please make sure the music kept at reasonable level,and no noise after 10pm.
Please take care of your dirty dishes.
Please ensure all the lights,heater,fan,and AC are switched off.
Our team will help you with requests from 9am to 5pm,or 24 hrs in an emergency.Feel free to contact us when needed,and we’ll do our best to help your great trip.

*NO PARTIES*:Please do not make loud noise,as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction,and loss of security deposit.

Self-Check In.The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location,The check in instruction will be sent o you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility.Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $150 per set.If you get locked out of the house,we would charge $150 plus for attending the house and unlocking the door(or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
1. Check out rules states all Guests must double check to ensure they have all of their belongings
2. We are not responsible for an belongings left behind, and there is no guarantee that it will be found
3. If item is found, Guests have the option to eitherpick up their item or have their item shipped to a certain adress(fees wil be charged)

* Rubbish Collection Day*
You will have to take the bins out to the curb onThursday for collection. If you are confused, feel free to contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in.

* COVID-19 Sanitisation*
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

*No Parties*
A party with loud music is strictly prohbited on our property.
There are families with children around. So need to be quiet after 9pm.
If we found out a party held in the property, we have to charge the extra cleaning fee as $1,000 and eviction from the property will be the next step.

Noise level needs to be at an appropiate level after 9pm. Or the neighbors will call the police asap.
