  • Beach living at its best- welcome to your very own Beach House on Famous North Curl Curl!

    THE HOUSE:

    Located on the Nth headland over looking Curl Curl Beach, Sydney, this very modern 3 story beach house is just 200m walk from famous Nth Curl Curl Beach, with sweeping ocean views.

    This Family home is only rented out for 6 weeks a year over Christmas.... a real gem that is always sought after and booked during this period.

    After the beach, you have the large pool, deck, cabana and backyard to enjoy.

    The whole house was refurbished in 2010 by a famous Sydney interior designer (Summer O) fully renovated, furnished, with all the luxury mod cons & comforts.

    This massive beach house has an original oversized north facing SWIMMING POOL, Cabana and large family friendly drive way for the kids. The Pool Cabana has a fridge, and external laundry

    Level two and three balconies have expansive views over the beach and a large entertaining Nth facing balcony overlooks the pool, which allows families to keep an easy watch over the kids in the pool. The second level of the house is the entertaining floor with the two sets of double under mount sinks on the 10 meter long kitchen with large dining areas internal and external - perfect for entertaining. The two balconies facing south have panoramic views across Curl Curl to Manly

    4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms mean loads of space to stretch out inside as well!

    With 3 stories of 50sqm each, and plenty of parking, you’ll have more space than you’ll know what to do with....Ocean views from almost every window, and three balconies!

    Malibu surfboards available for use.

    LOCATION:

    Nth Curl Curl is a fantastic family friendly beach.....always a wave and the very Nth of the beach is very family friendly, safe swimming and good for kids. Curl Curl is a famous Sydney beach especially popular with local surfers. The best part of Curl Curl is that it hardly ever gets crowded. Dee Why is just over the headland (bars and restaurants) and the south you have Freshwater Beach, which is a great option as well for a very relaxed beach. There is a fantastic ocean cliff walk at the end of our street, which is a must.

    World Famous Manly Beach is less than 10 min drive away. (40 min coastal walk ). The house has views over to Manly beach.... Bars / Pubs / Restaurants / Harbour cruises / Manly Ferry which is a 35 minute trip into Sydney CBD ...... the best commute in the world.

    There's a bus service at the end of our road, and ferries to central Sydney are 10 minutes away in Manly.

Lovely home, stunning location

We spent a relaxing 12 days swimming, doing spectacular ocean-side walks, surfing and eating great food at local restaurants and cafes. We wish we could stay here every year!

Great beach house

We loved our stay! Its well located to the beach and local amenities. The house has great views to Nth Curl Curl and beyond. We loved the coastal walks. The house has a true beach house vibe and the owner was great to deal with.

Fantastic beach house with a great view of the ocean!

Modern beach house with a great location in North Curl Curl in a quiet neighbourhood. Very convenient to walk to the fantastic beach a couple of minutes away. Nice cafes close to the house. Very nice property owner.

Fantastic house close to the beach and stunning views!

Our family and our guest had a great time at the house. The house is well presented and has a good layout, which is ideal for families with kids. The house is located easy walking distance to North Curl Curl. The North Curl Curl rock pool was one of the highlights of the trip. Easy drive to Dee Why for great variety of restaurants and cafes. John was a pleasure to deal with kept us informed and left a comprehensive guide to the house. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach holiday

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property. We had an amazing time, the house is perfect and the location was unbeatable! The house has everything you could need and so much more. The views from both balconies are just gorgeous and the photos really don’t do it justice. We were blessed to stay over New Years and watched the midnight harbour fireworks from the balcony. The interior design of the property is stunning and the home had everthing a family could need. The pool is beautiful and the property is well looked after with lots of areas for relaxing. The location is an easy walk to South Curl Curl beach and yummy cafes or a short drive to Dee Why, North Curl Curl and yummy fish and chips. We would definitely stay again, it’s the perfect getaway for Sydneysiders looking for a staycation or for oversea visitors to experience the best Sydney has to offer.

Excellent Property!!

We had a fantastic relaxing family holiday at the Beach House! Its proximity to shops, beach, parks & restaurants made our trip extremely convenient for us and the children. The house has architecture with pleasant sunlight and continues breezes. Furthermore, the house was well equipped with everything we needed and the owners were fantastic people to deal with it. We will be back again in the future!

Outstanding Beach House

We had a fabulous family holiday at the Beach House it totally exceeded our expectations. Great location so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed and more. We will definitely be staying again.
