- It is a Sydney property so leaving balcony doors open may lead to insects flying in.
- We want to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Just a friendly reminder that our hot water tank is of a certain capacity, so if you plan to take a bath, we recommend you use the water efficiently, or shower instead
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, and is on 1 level once your inside.
- We can recommend some ways to find private parking spaces if you reach out ahead of time, some people may advertise their spaces on places like parkhound
We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice. We are happy to do what's needed for your stay.
There is a Minut home sensor in the living room, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the alarms are touched. This is your perfect Mosman retreat.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full apartment including the outside balcony. The apartment is in a building with 11 other apartments so the entry to the building is shared common space.
To get to the main entry, guests can either use the stairs from the main street to reach the main entry of the building or use the driveway/ramp on the property. The apartment is located on the second level.

We are sure you will enjoy the convenience of having a range of local amenities and activities within easy reach, feel free to ask if you want any tips. Buses: Numerous bus routes in and around Mosman and to the city from Military Road a few moments walk from the property.
Ferry: See Sydney Harbour at its best and catch the ferry from Mosman Bay Wharf to Circular Quay to - scenic 12 minute journey. Services operate every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly at night/weekends. Check Opal app for timetable.
Taxi & Uber: Taxis and rideshares like Uber are readily available in Mosman. Whether you’re heading out for dinner, to the airport, or into the city, a ride is usually just a few minutes away.
Hire Car - Go Get - Can be used to hire a car by the hour or by the day with vehicles located of the property, easy to book the car when you need it, in peak times you may wish to book the vehicle you want in advance
Driving: If you have a car, Belmont Road is restricted to 2 hours only, some surrounding streets have all day parking options however this is limited and it's not guaranteed. We Suggest using Parkhound to hire a neighbours driveway or garage during your stay.
