- This property is not suitable for children.
- The right hand side of the garage is only to be used from the owner, their car will be there. This will not affect your stay as we only offer 1 car space. The owner may use their car from time to time, very rarely.
- For 6 people guest, there is an ottoman pull out single bed that can be set up. We require all guests to inform us prior to booking if you wish to use this and we can set it up. This can be moved to different bedrooms if required.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
