Other Things to Note:

We have many guests that have loved their stay in the property and while the inside is renovated with modern appliances, the cottage is still an older type so when it rains it will sound louder in the kitchen/dining area and in some areas on hot days with windows closed will have that older house smell to it if there isn't ventilation.
