The apartment is located in a renovated building over a hundred years old in the heart of the Swinemünde promenade at 5 Żeromskiego Street.
Before the war, this address was home to a well-known café and the popular Hotel Jester; in the postwar period, it housed the Katowiczanka Sanatorium. Today, there is a pharmacy on the first floor.
The building has an elevator and a small bike rack.



Studio MEDUZA (ZE23):

This one-room vacation apartment, with an area of 24 m², is located on the 3rd floor of a building equipped with an elevator. It is equipped to accommodate one to two people. The apartment consists of a single room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. It is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a dining table, chairs, a wardrobe, and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in refrigerator, an electric stovetop with two burners, a kettle, a set of cutlery, and dishes for preparing and eating meals. The windows face west. Wi-Fi is available. Parking is not guaranteed; you can park your car on the street for a fee (paid parking zone year-round). A secure, paid parking lot is located about 350 meters from the apartment. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
