The surrounding parks provide relaxation and recreation in the natural surroundings. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Chopin Park with the Marek Grechuta Municipal Amphitheatre, and a little further away is the Spa Park. The surrounding restaurants and cafés offer a varied menu featuring both regional and international cuisine, creating the perfect place to socialise or relax with a cup of coffee. For those travelling by train, an undoubted advantage is that the apartment is 220 m from the Świnoujście Centrum train station.
