  • Lovely sea views can be enjoyed from this 2-bedroom apartment which benefits from an elevated position overlooking Langland Bay and the golf course. The apartment features a large sheltered balcony, half of which is enclosed creating a sun lounge, whilst the other half is open and ideal for alfresco dining.


    From the apartment block there is a path with steps leading through the grounds to the beach although some visitors may prefer to drive or use the more conventional route. Langland Bay is a popular surfing spot and has plenty on offer with a choice of two beach side cafes, a restaurant bar, tennis, an 18 hole link golf course and two beautiful coastal path walks.


    The apartment is accessed via a flight of 8 steps into the main building.

    Lounge: Soft seating for 5 people, TV and DVD and a dining table with 4 chairs.


    Kitchen: Ceramic hob, grill and oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

    Master Bedroom: Double bed, drawer space and a mirror-fronted, double wardrobe. An armchair and access into the open part of the balcony.

    Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and storage space.

    Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin and a separate WC with basin.

Short break

The location of the apartment was good with lovely views over Langland Bay and easy access via steps down to the beach and coastal paths. The apartment was warm, quiet and well equipped. It has two good bedrooms, a good sized lounge and nice kitchen. Linen and towels were all provided. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only downside was the carpets could do with a good clean (some stains) and in places a fresh coat of paint.

Fabulous view

Great property for location. Whilst it has everything you need for a break, it is a bit tired and some of the areas hadn't been cleaned. I was also concerned about the safety of the balcony from the double bedroom....... When we arrived we discovered the toilet seat was broken, but after a phone call to the office it was sorted quickly.

Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Blick - einfach nur "wow"!Sie ist sehr groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Super auch, das immer ein kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Wohnanlage zur Verfügung war.Zum Strand geht ein kurzer und beschatteter aber sehr steiler Fußweg (Treppen und Straße). Für uns war das kein Problem, aber für alte oder gehbeeinträchtigte Menschen wahrscheinlich schon.Leider war es nicht sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Der Herd war verschmiert, der Backofen war auch nicht sauber und in der Waschmaschine waren die Dichtgummis schwarz. Dort mochten wir keine Wäsche waschen. Die Teppiche hatten mehrere Flecken.
